You can try using a Coinepay virtual card to pay for a BeautyPlus subscription on the web or through your device’s app store. The checkout you choose matters: an iPhone or Android purchase is billed through Apple or Google Play, while a web purchase follows BeautyPlus’s checkout. This guide covers what to prepare, how to complete each route, and what to check if your card is declined.

Before you subscribe

BeautyPlus’s website lists Free, Pro, and Max tiers under its BeautyPlus Premium offering. Free includes limited AI use; Pro lists 200 credits per month, and Max lists 500 credits per month. The mobile app may show different subscription names: the iPhone listing includes BeautyPlus Premium and BeautyPlus Pro purchase options. Do not assume that a mobile option corresponds directly to the website’s Pro or Max tier. Review the features, billing period, and final price shown in the checkout you actually use.

Prices and available subscriptions vary by country or area. Check BeautyPlus’s official pricing page and the final web or in-app checkout for the current offer rather than relying on a price shown elsewhere. If a first-time trial appears, read its renewal date and the price that will apply afterward before confirming it.

  • Set up Coinepay: register and complete identity verification before using card services. You can manage your card in the Coinepay mobile app or 24/7 self-service dashboard. Coinepay issues a virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV.
  • Check your available funds: make sure the card has enough for the total shown at checkout. Check the Coinepay app for any card or funding details relevant to your purchase; do not rely solely on an advertised base price.
  • Use your real details: have your genuine name and billing address ready. Enter the billing information associated with your payment method, and keep your Apple or Google account details accurate if purchasing in-app.
  • Choose the purchasing account: for an in-app subscription, use the Apple ID or Google account you intend to keep. BeautyPlus says a mobile Premium subscription is tied to one purchasing account; switching between iOS and Android or to a different purchasing account requires a new subscription.

Store payment methods depend on your account and region. A card that can be entered into an Apple or Google payment screen is not necessarily eligible for every purchase. If you need to confirm a card requirement before paying, contact Coinepay support. Do not change your stated country or billing details to bypass a regional or payment restriction.

How to subscribe on an iPhone

  1. Get BeautyPlus from the App Store and open it using the Apple account you want associated with the purchase.
  2. Open BeautyPlus’s subscription offer and compare the plans or trial available to your account. Check whether you are selecting monthly or annual auto-renewal, and read the amount and renewal terms on Apple’s confirmation screen.
  3. To manage the card saved with Apple, open Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping. Add your Coinepay virtual card details if Apple offers a suitable card-payment option for your account and region. Use your real billing details.
  4. Return to BeautyPlus, select the offer you want, and confirm through the App Store purchase prompt. Complete any verification requested by Apple or your card issuer.
  5. Check the purchase confirmation and find the subscription at Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BeautyPlus. If it does not appear, check that you are signed into the Apple account used to purchase it before paying again.

Adding a card to Payment & Shipping does not itself start a BeautyPlus subscription. The purchase is made only when you review and confirm the particular offer in the App Store flow.

How to subscribe on Android

  1. Open BeautyPlus on your Android device while signed into the Google account you plan to use for the subscription.
  2. Select the subscription or first-time trial presented in the app. Read the price, billing interval, and renewal terms on the Google Play purchase screen.
  3. Use the payment-method selector in Google Play checkout to enter or select your Coinepay virtual card, if that payment option is available to your account and region. Enter your genuine billing information.
  4. Confirm the purchase in Google Play and complete any account or card verification requested during checkout.
  5. To find the subscription later, open Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BeautyPlus. Check the purchasing Google account if the subscription seems to be missing.

BeautyPlus notes that a deactivated Google payments profile can prevent payment. If Google displays an account alert, resolve it through Google’s payment settings rather than repeatedly submitting the same purchase.

What about BeautyPlus web checkout?

BeautyPlus also accepts purchases on its website. Visit the official BeautyPlus site by typing its address yourself, review its pricing page, and choose the offer you want. Follow the account and checkout prompts actually displayed, then verify the final amount, billing period, and renewal terms before submitting your Coinepay card number, expiry date, and CVV. The available web sign-up steps and billing controls are not established here, so use the confirmation email or account information provided with your purchase to identify how that purchase is managed.

Keep the web purchase email and receipt. If you later need to request a web refund, BeautyPlus asks purchasers to contact its support with their purchase email, the website problem, and the reason for the request; approval is not guaranteed. If you are unsure which checkout processed a charge, check the receipt before requesting help so you approach the correct billing provider.

Why was my Coinepay card declined?

Read the exact message and identify who is processing the payment: BeautyPlus’s web checkout, Apple, or Google Play. BeautyPlus’s payment help discusses declined cards, Apple payment methods that cannot be charged, and deactivated Google payments profiles. Google Play may also show messages such as “Unable to process payment: low card balance,” “Your transaction cannot be completed,” “Unable to complete transaction: expired card,” or “Correct this card info or try another card.” Those are Google Play messages, not errors confirmed to appear specifically in BeautyPlus.

Possible causeWhat to check
Insufficient balanceCompare the available card funds with the final checkout total. If Google reports a low card balance, add sufficient funds through the methods available in Coinepay and retry only after the balance is updated.
Incorrect or mismatched billing detailsRecheck the card number, expiry date, CVV, and your real billing name and address. Correct an old or mistyped address in the relevant checkout or store account; do not invent one.
Verification or 3-D Secure not completedIf the checkout or issuer presents a verification step, follow its instructions and return to the purchase screen. If no prompt arrives or verification fails, check for account alerts and ask Coinepay support what to do next.
Merchant or app-store region checksBeautyPlus features and subscriptions vary by country or area, and Apple and Google apply their own account and regional payment rules. Confirm the offer and payment method are available for your genuine location and account. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets any stated card requirement before you buy.
Card or payments-profile issueCheck whether the card details are current and whether your Apple or Google payments account requires attention. If a Google payments profile is deactivated, follow Google’s account-resolution instructions.

If a payment appears to have gone through but BeautyPlus still offers you a second purchase, pause before trying again. BeautyPlus says a missing mobile subscription can result from signing out of the purchasing Apple or Google account, changing that account’s country or region, or an app-store connection error. Check the store receipt and subscription list under the original purchasing account first. If the store reports a card-specific issue you cannot resolve, contact Coinepay support with the decline message, without sharing your full card number or CVV.

Manage renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Cancel a mobile subscription in the same app store used to subscribe: on iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BeautyPlus; on Android, go to Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BeautyPlus. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel the subscription. BeautyPlus says app-store auto-renewal should be stopped at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends; to avoid a charge after a first-time trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Cancellation does not itself refund a payment, although access generally continues through the paid period. BeautyPlus’s terms say payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, with no credit for a partial period or unused content. For an iPhone purchase, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem process; BeautyPlus says it cannot directly issue an iOS billing refund. For Android, BeautyPlus says a Google Play refund can be requested within 48 hours of purchase. For a web purchase, contact BeautyPlus support with the purchase details. Check the terms shown for your transaction and any applicable consumer rights.

FAQ

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for BeautyPlus Premium?

You can enter your Coinepay virtual card at an eligible web or app-store card checkout, but acceptance depends on that checkout’s payment and regional rules. Review the offer and confirm any specific card requirement before purchasing.

Where do I change the card used for my iPhone BeautyPlus subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping to manage Apple payment details. Find the subscription at Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BeautyPlus.

Why does BeautyPlus ask me to subscribe again after I paid?

First check the Apple or Google account used for the original purchase and its subscription list. BeautyPlus says signing out, changing the account’s country or region, or an app-store connection error can make a subscription appear missing.

Will canceling my BeautyPlus trial stop the next charge?

BeautyPlus says to cancel a first-time trial through the purchasing app store at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the renewal charge. Deleting the app is not a substitute for cancellation.
