You can enter a Coinepay virtual card at Motion Array’s card checkout when subscribing to its creative-asset plans. Before you pay, check the plan, billing period, taxes and renewal terms. Card acceptance depends on Motion Array’s payment checks and your card details; a payment is not guaranteed.

What you need before subscribing

  • A Motion Array plan: Its individual paid plans are Video Templates, AI Voiceover and Everything. Compare their included tools and assets on Motion Array’s official pricing page before choosing. A Free account allows downloads of free assets only.
  • A Coinepay account and virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. You can manage the card in the Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard. Coinepay provides the card number, expiry date and CVV when the card is issued.
  • Enough available funds: Check the amount shown at Motion Array checkout, including any applicable tax. Allow for the full charge for your selected billing period rather than assuming that an annual plan is charged one month at a time.
  • Your real billing details: Use your own name and accurate billing information. Check that the details you enter at checkout match those associated with your card. Do not use another region’s address to try to bypass payment checks.

Motion Array also offers Teams for 2–7 users at companies with fewer than 50 employees, and Business for agencies and companies with 50 or more employees. Business pricing requires a quote. If you are buying for colleagues, choose the appropriate offering rather than assuming an individual subscription covers a team.

How to sign up and pay

  1. Get your card ready. After completing Coinepay registration and identity verification, open the Coinepay app or dashboard. Check your card details and available funds. If you need help with your card’s payment settings, contact Coinepay support before starting checkout.
  2. Open Motion Array’s official pricing page. Compare Video Templates, AI Voiceover and Everything. Check the features, billing period and current amount displayed for your location. Prices can vary by region and selection; rely on the official pricing page and checkout for the amount you will pay.
  3. Select a plan and follow the sign-up prompts. Create or sign in to your Motion Array account using your real information. The precise order of account and checkout screens may change, so follow the prompts shown for your selected plan.
  4. Choose card payment if it is offered at checkout. Enter the Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, plus your accurate billing details. Motion Array lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards among its accepted payment methods, but that list does not confirm that a particular Coinepay card or transaction will be accepted.
  5. Review the final charge and confirm. Check the plan, billing interval, total and any tax shown separately at checkout. Complete any payment verification requested during the transaction. Only submit the payment once you understand that Motion Array subscriptions renew automatically; Motion Array says you cannot initially purchase a subscription with auto-renewal switched off.
  6. Check your subscription and invoice. After a successful purchase, confirm your account shows the plan you selected. For an invoice, open your Motion Array profile menu, then My Account → Invoices. Team administrators use My Team Invoices.

Motion Array also lists PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay as payment options. Payment must be made through Motion Array’s site; it does not accept ACH, postal orders, paper checks or wire/SWIFT transfers for subscriptions. If you choose PayPal instead of direct card checkout, Motion Array says the PayPal account needs an associated card and that paying from a PayPal balance may fail.

What to check if your card is declined

A decline does not, by itself, identify the cause. Motion Array documents insufficient funds, incorrect or expired card details, bank restrictions and transactions its processor rejects as high-risk. Work through these checks before trying again:

  • Insufficient balance: Compare the available amount shown in Coinepay with Motion Array’s final checkout total, including tax. For an annual subscription, check the amount billed for the year. Consult the Coinepay app or support if you are unsure whether the available amount covers the transaction.
  • Card or billing-detail mismatch: Re-enter the card number, expiry and CVV carefully. Check that the billing name and address are your real details and match the information associated with the card. An expired card or a typing error can also stop payment.
  • Payment authentication: If checkout asks for an additional security step, follow the on-screen instructions and make sure the request is completed before retrying. If a 3-D Secure step does not appear or fails, do not assume that this is necessarily the reason for the decline; ask Coinepay support to check the transaction and follow any guidance from Motion Array’s support.
  • Merchant region or risk checks: Motion Array restricts business with customers or producers in Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Venezuela and Sudan. Use your actual location and billing details. Motion Array also warns that recurring-payment rules affecting India can cause processing errors. Do not attempt to work around regional restrictions; if your location is eligible and the payment still fails, ask Motion Array about its checkout requirements and contact Coinepay support about your card.
  • Other restrictions: If the details and funds look correct, the payment may still be blocked by a card restriction or the merchant’s processor. Contact Coinepay support with the time and amount of the attempted payment, without sending your full card number or CVV in a message. Motion Array may also advise you to try another accepted payment method.

If checkout presents a specific error, note its wording for support rather than making repeated attempts without changing anything. Do not dispute a legitimate charge merely to end a subscription: Motion Array says a disputed payment automatically downgrades the associated account to Free, and upgrading again requires a new valid payment method.

How to update your card or manage renewal

To change payment details on an existing Motion Array subscription, sign in and open the profile menu, then go to My Account → Plans & Billing → Update Payment Method. Enter your current, accurate card and billing details, and check that the update is saved. Review your subscription before its next renewal and make sure the card has enough available funds for the expected charge.

For an individual plan, Motion Array gives this cancellation path: My Account → Plan & Billing → My subscription → Change Plan → Renewal settings → Continue to cancel. Follow every prompt until the cancellation is completed. Team-plan administrators must contact Motion Array support to cancel. A completed cancellation stops future charges, while paid access continues through the current billing term. Once the plan ends, paid assets you downloaded cannot be used in new projects.

Cancellation alone does not ordinarily provide a prorated refund for unused time. Under Motion Array’s ordinary refund policy, you must both cancel and request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase or renewal, and must not have downloaded or generated a product, used Motion Array software, or exported a video during that period. Applicable mandatory consumer rights may override that policy. Check Motion Array’s current terms and contact its support about a specific refund request.

Before you confirm

Choose the Motion Array plan that fits your work, verify the total at checkout, and use only your real account and billing information. Keep the invoice for your records and note your renewal date. If a payment fails, start with the balance, card details and any authentication request, then ask the relevant support team to investigate rather than trying to bypass a merchant check.
