You can purchase ibisPaint upgrades or Premium Membership through the app store that serves your device. If that store accepts your Coinepay virtual card, add the card to your store account before checking out. This guide explains which ibisPaint purchase to choose, how store billing works, and what to check if a payment is declined.
Choose the ibisPaint purchase you need
On iPhone, iPad and Android, ibisPaint X is the free app. ibisPaint is a separate, paid, ad-free app; buying it does not include Premium Membership. Within the mobile app, the other purchase options are Ad Removal Upgrade, a one-time purchase, and Premium Membership (Monthly Plan) or Premium Membership (Yearly Plan). Ad Removal Upgrade does not include Premium features.
On Windows and Mac, the choices are Demo Mode, which is limited to one hour per day, a one-time Pro Upgrade, and monthly or yearly Premium Membership. Desktop Premium includes Pro features. Premium also raises the cloud-storage allowance from 64 MB to 20 GB.
As a price reference, at the time of writing (October 2026), the US iPhone/iPad App Store listed mobile Premium at $4.49 per month or $27.99 per year, Ad Removal Upgrade at $15.99 once, and the separate paid ibisPaint app at $15.99. US desktop listings showed a $62.99 one-time Pro Upgrade on either Windows or Mac; Premium was $4.49 per month or $27.99 per year on Windows, and $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year on Mac. These are listed prices, not guaranteed checkout totals. Prices vary by store and region, so check the current purchase screen and ibisPaint’s official pricing information before confirming.
Availability also differs by storefront: ibisPaint says Huawei AppGallery does not offer a yearly Premium plan. If a plan is missing, check the options shown for your device and store rather than assuming the same choices are available everywhere.
What you need before checkout
- A Coinepay account and virtual card. Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your virtual card provides a card number, expiry date and CVV. Check your card and available funds in the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app.
- The account for your device’s storefront. ibisPaint purchases are billed through the relevant Apple, Google, Huawei or Microsoft account, not a separate ibisPaint card checkout. Sign in to the store account you intend to use and review its available payment methods.
- Your real billing information. Use your actual name and billing details when adding the card. Store requirements and available payment methods can vary by region; do not change account details to misrepresent where you live.
- A choice between one-time and recurring billing. Premium renews automatically unless you cancel it. If a first-time Premium trial appears, review the displayed renewal terms before accepting it. ibisPaint describes a seven-day first trial for the monthly plan and an approximately one-month first trial for the yearly plan; a trial is available only once.
Adding a card does not ensure the storefront will accept it for a particular purchase. If you need to confirm whether your card meets a store requirement, contact Coinepay support before buying.
How to pay for ibisPaint step by step
- Prepare your card. In Coinepay, locate your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, and check that sufficient funds are available for the amount shown at checkout. If you have not registered or completed identity verification, do that first.
- Open the correct app and store account. For mobile purchases, open ibisPaint X or the paid ibisPaint app on your device. For desktop purchases, open the Windows or Mac version. Check that you are signed in to the Apple, Google, Huawei or Microsoft account that should hold the purchase.
- Add the card to your storefront billing methods. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping. On another platform, open that store account’s payment settings and follow its prompts to enter the card and your real billing details. Use only payment options the storefront actually offers to your account.
- Find the ibisPaint purchase screen. From the ibisPaint title screen, select the gear icon → Show Product Info. Review the upgrades or Premium options offered on your device. If buying the separate paid mobile app, review its listing in your device’s app store instead.
- Review and confirm. Select the intended one-time purchase, monthly plan or yearly plan. Read the storefront’s final price, trial terms if offered, renewal terms and payment method. Complete any verification requested by the storefront or your card issuer. Keep the store receipt so you can identify the account that was billed.
Purchases are generally tied to the purchasing storefront account, not universally to an ibisPaint login. Windows and Mac require separate Premium subscriptions, as do Mac and iPhone/iPad. ibisPaint identifies the cloud-storage allowance as an exception tied to the ibisPaint authentication account. Check which platform you need before paying for more than one subscription.
If your Coinepay card is declined
A decline may come from the app store’s payment process rather than from ibisPaint. Read the exact message shown, then work through the relevant checks below. Do not repeatedly submit an unchanged payment if the store is asking you to fix an account or billing issue.
- Insufficient available funds: Google Play may show “Unable to process payment: low card balance.” Compare the funds available on your card with the final amount shown by the store, which may differ from a listed plan price. Check the Coinepay app for funding options available to your account.
- Card details or billing-address mismatch: Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVV carefully. Google Play may show “Unable to complete transaction: expired card.” Confirm that the billing name and address on the store account are your real details and correct any typing errors.
- Authentication or 3-D Secure: If checkout requests additional card verification, complete the genuine prompt without closing it. If it fails or never appears, check for an account alert in the storefront and contact Coinepay support with the time and wording of the failure. Do not share your CVV or verification code in a support message.
- Store account or previous-purchase issue: Apple may display “billing problem with a previous purchase” or “verification required” when an unpaid balance needs attention. Resolve the account issue through Apple’s billing settings. Google Play’s “Your transaction cannot be completed” is broader; check its account alerts and payment details before trying again.
- Merchant or storefront region checks: Confirm that ibisPaint offers the purchase in your actual store region and that the store permits your selected payment method there. Payment-method availability does not establish product availability. Do not use false addresses or another region’s account details to bypass a restriction.
These quoted messages are examples documented by Apple or Google Play, not confirmed ibisPaint-specific errors. If the storefront still declines the card, ask the storefront about its account or regional requirements and contact Coinepay support for help checking the card-side issue.
Manage renewals, cancellations and refunds
Manage Premium in the storefront that billed you; deleting ibisPaint does not cancel a subscription. On iPhone or iPad, use Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android with Google Play, use Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. For Huawei, use Settings → HUAWEI ID → Payment and purchases → Subscriptions.
On Windows, ibisPaint directs subscribers to Microsoft Store → profile → Manage account and devices → Services & subscriptions → Manage. On Mac, use App Store → name → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage. ibisPaint states that cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before renewal for mobile and Mac, or at least 48 hours before renewal for Windows. If you cancel during a free trial, the trial remains in effect, but signing up again does not provide another trial.
For a refund, submit your request to the app-distribution store that processed the purchase. ibisPaint says a payment is refunded only if that store approves the claim. Check the applicable store’s policy rather than assuming that canceling Premium refunds the current billing period.

FAQ
Does buying the paid ibisPaint app include Premium Membership?
No. The paid mobile ibisPaint app is ad-free, but Premium Membership is a separate purchase.
Can I pay ibisPaint directly with my Coinepay card?
Purchases are processed through the relevant Apple, Google, Huawei or Microsoft store account. Add the card as a payment method there if that store accepts it.
Why was my card declined when paying for ibisPaint?
Check available funds, card and real billing details, any verification prompt, store account alerts and regional purchase requirements. The exact store message can help identify the next step.
Will one Premium subscription cover Windows, Mac and iPhone?
No. ibisPaint says Windows and Mac require separate Premium subscriptions, as do Mac and iPhone/iPad. Its cloud-storage allowance is tied to the ibisPaint authentication account.
Where do I cancel ibisPaint Premium?
Cancel through the Apple, Google, Huawei or Microsoft account that billed you. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
