Conta Azul offers business software subscriptions with quarterly and annual terms. If you want to try paying with a Coinepay virtual card, first check that your business can complete Conta Azul’s signup and that the card meets its subscription-payment requirements. This guide walks through the trial, checkout, card troubleshooting, and later billing changes.
What to check before you start
Conta Azul’s public plan selection uses a Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ). Be ready to provide your business’s real registration and billing details. Do not substitute another company’s CNPJ or use an address that is not yours. If your company cannot complete the registration requested at signup, ask Conta Azul about eligibility before buying.
The four public business tiers are Essencial, Controle, Avançado, and Performance. Conta Azul assigns them by annual-revenue range. Their listed user allowances are one, two, five, and 15, respectively. Check the official Conta Azul Plans and Prices page for current prices, revenue brackets, included features, and any add-ons. The displayed monthly figures are starting monthly-equivalent prices for a quarterly or annual commitment, not necessarily the amount charged at checkout.
Conta Azul’s subscription instructions list credit card, boleto bancário, and Boleto/Pixleto as payment choices. Its listed subscription credit-card networks are Visa, Mastercard, Hipercard, Elo, American Express, Aura, and Diners Club. A virtual card is not automatically eligible just because a checkout has a credit-card field. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets Conta Azul’s credit-card, network, region, and installment requirements before you buy. Conta Azul can also clarify its checkout requirements for your business.
To use Coinepay card services, register for Coinepay and complete identity verification. Coinepay provides a virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV, which you can view and manage in its self-service dashboard or mobile app. Check the app for your card’s available funds and applicable details; do not assume that a quoted monthly-equivalent plan price is enough to cover the payment authorization.
Start a Conta Azul trial and choose a plan
- Open Conta Azul’s Plans and Prices page. Select Comece grátis and create your trial account using your real business information. Conta Azul describes a three-day trial that does not require payment details.
- Review the software during the trial. Identify the revenue-based tier and user allowance that fit your business. Continued use after the trial requires a subscription.
- In the Conta Azul ERP, select Assine já. Follow the subscription flow to review your plan, choose a quarterly or annual term, and select any optional add-ons you need.
- Read the checkout total. Verify the term, add-ons, billing details, amount payable, and payment schedule before entering a card. If anything differs from the pricing page, use the checkout terms as the basis for your decision or ask Conta Azul to explain the quote.
Do not confuse these public business tiers with Conta Azul Pro or Conta Azul Pro BPO. Those are offerings for partners buying for clients, not alternate names for Essencial, Controle, Avançado, or Performance.
Try paying with your Coinepay virtual card
- Choose the credit-card payment option in Conta Azul’s subscription checkout, if it is available for your account and purchase.
- Enter the card details shown in Coinepay: card number, expiry date, and CVV. Supply the real cardholder and billing information requested by Conta Azul. Review it for typing errors before continuing.
- Check the commitment and installment terms. Conta Azul describes a quarterly card purchase as three installments of the term total and an annual card purchase as 12 installments. These are installments of a quarterly or annual purchase, not a month-to-month subscription. If you are unsure whether your Coinepay card can be used for the installment arrangement shown, ask Coinepay support before confirming.
- Select Confirmar pagamento only after checking the final details. Follow any authentication prompt presented during payment. Then check Conta Azul for its confirmation and your Coinepay dashboard or app for the card activity.
Conta Azul says card payment releases access immediately after successful payment. If you do not see access or confirmation, check the payment status before submitting the checkout again. A card entry or attempted authorization alone is not proof that the subscription was completed.
If Conta Azul declines the card
Conta Azul does not publish a definitive list of subscription-checkout decline messages. The checks below address common possibilities; they do not identify the cause of a particular decline. Note the exact message you see and whether the transaction appears in Coinepay before contacting support.
- Insufficient available funds or a spending setting: Compare the funds and any applicable card settings shown in Coinepay with Conta Azul’s checkout amount and installment arrangement. Add funds or adjust a setting only if the app offers that option and it suits your intended purchase. Ask Coinepay support if you cannot tell why an authorization failed.
- Billing details do not match: Recheck the name, address, CNPJ-related billing information, card number, expiry date, and CVV. Correct genuine errors; do not invent billing details to make a payment pass.
- Authentication was not completed: If checkout presents a 3-D Secure or other verification step, complete the prompt as instructed. If no prompt appears, it expires, or it fails, ask Coinepay support what happened to the attempted card payment. Do not assume every checkout uses the same authentication flow.
- Merchant or region checks: Conta Azul’s public signup and plan selection are oriented around a Brazilian CNPJ, and its card checkout has stated credit-card network requirements. If you suspect a card-type, network, issuing-region, or business-eligibility restriction, ask Conta Azul what its checkout requires and contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it. Do not change your stated country or business details to bypass a check.
If the card activity appears in Coinepay but Conta Azul has not confirmed access, keep the transaction details and ask both support teams to investigate before attempting another purchase. If card payment is unsuitable, review the payment methods actually offered in your Conta Azul checkout; boleto and Boleto/Pixleto are documented alternatives, with different payment procedures.
Manage the card, renewal, or cancellation later
To review billing in Conta Azul, go to Configurações e plano → Plano e faturamento. Under Resumo do plano → Forma de pagamento, select Alterar forma de pagamento to enter a credit card. Conta Azul says a newly selected payment method applies at the next renewal rather than changing payments already due under the current term. A registered card is charged automatically at renewal. Switching from a card to boleto requires contacting Conta Azul support.
Review your renewal date and keep the registered payment method current. Conta Azul’s terms also allow it, after notice, to reassess a business’s revenue-based tier and charge a resulting price difference to the registered card. Its pricing page says reassessment can occur every three months. Read any notice and check the plan details if your business’s revenue changes.
If you intend to stop renewal, an administrator can go to Configurações e plano → Plano e faturamento → Meu Plano → Informações do plano → Cancelar renovação. Conta Azul’s terms require notice at least 15 days before the next renewal; access continues through the paid term. Its terms provide a full refund when cancellation is requested within seven calendar days of the first purchase, or within a longer applicable promotional period. After that, early cancellation does not provide a refund under the stated policy, and the contracted balance remains payable. Check the current terms and your account’s dates before acting.
Coinepay card services require identity verification and are not available in every jurisdiction. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions. For card details or a failed authorization, use the Coinepay dashboard or app, or contact Coinepay support; for your Conta Azul plan, invoice, or subscription status, contact Conta Azul.
