This guide covers BiliBili Premium on the international bilibili.tv service, not membership on mainland China’s bilibili.com. You can use a Coinepay virtual card where an available BiliBili checkout or its payment provider accepts it, but payment options vary by platform and region. Check the methods shown at your own checkout before committing to a plan.

What you need before you start

  • A BiliBili account: The international website offers a Sign up option and login by email, Google, Facebook, Twitter, QR code or mobile-to-web login. Use your own account and real details.
  • A Coinepay virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your virtual card provides a card number, expiry date and CVV. Check the Coinepay app or dashboard for its current details and available funds.
  • An eligible location and payment method: BiliBili describes its international service as available in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia, besides Greater China. Content varies by region. Service availability alone does not establish that Premium checkout or a particular payment method is available to you.

Use your real billing details and the region associated with your account. Do not change your location or details to get around BiliBili’s regional or payment requirements. Coinepay services are not available in every jurisdiction; check the app or contact Coinepay support if you are unsure whether you can use a card service where you live.

Choose the right BiliBili Premium plan

On the international website, the listed choices are Annual Standard, Quarterly Standard, Monthly Standard and 1-month Standard. Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Standard renew automatically; 1-month Standard is a one-time purchase. Pay particular attention to that distinction if you only want to watch for a short period.

Prices and payment options can differ by region and purchasing platform. Review the amount, currency, renewal terms and payment method displayed in your checkout, and consult BiliBili’s official Premium pricing page for the current offer. An app-store listing or a price seen by someone in another country is not your final checkout quote.

How to sign up and try paying on the BiliBili website

  1. Create your Coinepay card. After registering and completing identity verification, open the Coinepay iOS app, Coinepay Android app or self-service dashboard to view your card details. Make sure sufficient funds are available for the amount shown at checkout and any applicable charges shown by your payment provider.
  2. Go to the international BiliBili site. Visit bilibili.tv by entering its address yourself. Select Sign up if you are new, or log in using an option offered on the site. This guide does not apply to bilibili.com memberships.
  3. Open the Premium purchase page. While signed in, find BiliBili Premium and compare Annual Standard, Quarterly Standard, Monthly Standard and 1-month Standard. Select the plan that matches whether you want automatic renewal.
  4. Inspect the payment-method choices. The purchase flow asks you to choose a plan and payment method before selecting BUY. If a card-entry option appears, follow its prompts and enter your Coinepay card details and your real billing information. Direct card acceptance on BiliBili’s website is not established, so do not assume that option will appear.
  5. If PayPal appears, check its funding options. BiliBili’s website checkout has shown PayPal as a payment choice. If it is available to you, PayPal may allow you to add or select a card in your own PayPal account, subject to its rules and checks. Confirm that your Coinepay card is offered as the funding method for this particular purchase before approving it. A PayPal button does not mean every card will be accepted.
  6. Review, then confirm. Check the final amount, renewal terms and selected funding method before pressing BUY or approving the provider’s payment prompt. Complete any verification requested by the payment provider. Keep the order confirmation and check Me → Premium for your membership status.

If checkout offers neither direct card entry nor a payment provider through which you can use your card, do not repeatedly submit the same payment. Choose an available method you are eligible to use, or ask BiliBili which payment options apply to your account.

Paying through an app-store checkout

BiliBili’s terms also describe subscriptions purchased through Apple in-app purchase, Google Play purchase and Huawei Pay purchase. These are separate billing channels: the payment methods you see depend on the store, your account and your location. To try your Coinepay card, open the international BiliBili app available to you, sign in, select Premium and review the plan and store checkout. If the store lets you add the card to your own payment account, enter its details and your real billing information there. Confirm the card is selected before approving the subscription.

For example, a Google Play checkout is handled by Google Play rather than by a card form on bilibili.tv. Having a card saved in a store does not guarantee it will be offered or approved for a BiliBili subscription. Follow the payment options actually displayed; if your card cannot be selected, ask the store’s support about its requirements or use another eligible method. Make sure you know which channel billed you, because that determines where you manage renewal.

Troubleshooting a declined card or missing Premium access

Insufficient balance or an expired card

Check the final checkout amount against the funds available to your Coinepay card, then verify the entered card number, expiry date and CVV. If the charge is through Google Play, its payment guidance includes messages such as “Unable to process payment: low card balance” and “Unable to complete transaction: expired card”. Those are Google Play messages, not confirmed BiliBili-specific errors. Check the Coinepay app for your card and funding details; if the amount or a transaction status is unclear, contact Coinepay support before retrying.

Billing address mismatch

A payment provider may reject details that do not match its records. Check the billing name and address held by the provider you are using and correct any typing mistakes. Use only your real information. If the form requires details you cannot accurately provide, contact that provider or Coinepay support rather than entering a made-up address.

3-D Secure or another verification prompt

If your payment flow requests cardholder authentication, complete the prompt within the time allowed and return to checkout to see whether the purchase finished. A closed window, timed-out prompt or interrupted connection can leave the result unclear. Check your provider’s transaction history and Me → Premium before trying again. Ask Coinepay support about a card-side verification issue; ask the checkout provider about a prompt or approval screen it controls.

Merchant or payment-provider region checks

BiliBili’s international content and payment options vary by region. A store account, PayPal account or checkout may apply its own location and billing checks. If a method is missing or a region-related decline appears, verify that your account country and genuine billing information are accurate, then ask BiliBili or the relevant payment provider about eligibility. A Coinepay card cannot override those rules. Do not assume that availability of the international site means Premium checkout is supported in every location.

Payment attempted, but Premium is not active

First check whether the payment is pending, completed or reversed with the provider, and check Me → Premium while signed in to the account you intended to upgrade. If you have a confirmed charge but no access, retain the receipt and contact BiliBili support with the order details. Avoid making another purchase until you know what happened to the first one.

Manage renewal after purchase

For a website purchase, look for Manage Subscription on BiliBili’s purchase page and follow the route for the payment method that billed you. BiliBili directs PayPal purchases to PayPal’s subscription-management page. For Apple purchases, go to Apple account → Subscriptions; for Google purchases, go to Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Huawei purchases are managed under Account centre → Payment and purchases → Subscriptions/Password-free payments.

BiliBili says to cancel Apple or Google auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the displayed debit date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not immediately remove benefits you have already paid for. Activated Premium membership is generally non-refundable, subject to exceptions in BiliBili’s terms, applicable law or BiliBili’s discretion. Keep your confirmation so you can identify the billing channel if you need help later.

FAQ

Can I enter a Coinepay card directly on bilibili.tv?

Only if card entry appears in your checkout. Direct card acceptance on the website is not confirmed; inspect the payment methods offered to your account.

Which BiliBili Premium plan does not renew automatically?

The international website lists 1-month Standard as a one-time purchase. Annual Standard, Quarterly Standard and Monthly Standard renew automatically.

Why was my card declined through Google Play?

Possible causes include insufficient funds, expired card details, a billing-address mismatch or provider restrictions. Check the exact Google Play message and your card details before retrying.

Where do I cancel BiliBili Premium?

Use the channel that billed you: for example, Apple account → Subscriptions, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or PayPal’s subscription-management page. The BiliBili website also labels a Manage Subscription entry.
