You can use a Coinepay virtual card to attempt a direct purchase of a Bitrix24 cloud subscription. This guide covers what to prepare, how Bitrix24 sign-up and checkout work, and what to check if a card payment fails. It does not cover payments your business collects from customers through Bitrix24.

Before you start

  • Set up your Coinepay card. Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV are available after issuance in the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard. Check your available balance and any applicable card settings there before paying.
  • Use your real billing details. Have the name and billing address associated with your payment details ready. Bitrix24 asks for billing information before you select a payment method.
  • Check your Bitrix24 account and region. If you register with an email address, confirm it before buying a paid plan. Make sure Bitrix24 offers purchases in your location and that the billing country you enter is accurate.

Bitrix24’s published purchase-availability guidance excludes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Availability and payment options can also vary by territory. If your country is not offered at checkout, contact Bitrix24 Sales rather than changing your location or billing details to get around the restriction. Coinepay services are also subject to jurisdictional availability.

Choose the right Bitrix24 cloud plan and billing period

Bitrix24 has a Free plan. Its paid Essentials plans are Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise. Where offered, the Vibe+ range includes Basic Vibe+, Standard Vibe+, Professional Vibe+ and Enterprise Vibe+. Not every regional pricing page shows the same range; for example, the India pricing page checked in October 2026 did not show Vibe+ plans.

Bitrix24 lists prices per organization, not per user. Its international pricing table shows Free for 1–2 users, Basic for 5, Standard for 50 and Professional for 100; Enterprise configurations start at 250 users. Compare the features and user capacity on the official Bitrix24 pricing page before selecting a plan.

Also check whether you are choosing monthly or annual billing. A 12-month subscription is charged in full every 12 months: a displayed monthly equivalent for annual billing is not a monthly installment. Website prices exclude applicable VAT or GST, and the checkout total can differ from the headline price. Vibe+ annual launch-offer figures advertised during the September 1–December 10, 2026 promotion are monthly equivalents for eligible 12-month purchases; subsequent renewals are at regular prices. Confirm the price, taxes, billing period and renewal amount shown for your account before paying.

Your Bitrix24 account’s domain zone determines its billing currency—for example, .com uses USD, .eu EUR and .uk GBP. Bitrix24 says domain-zone changes have not been available since October 28, 2021. Review the currency at checkout rather than assuming you can change it after creating the account.

How to subscribe with your Coinepay virtual card

  1. Create or open your Bitrix24 account. On Bitrix24’s official site, choose Start for free and register with an email address or a supported social login. If you use email, confirm your address before purchasing. Existing account owners can sign in instead.
  2. Choose a plan. An account owner can select a plan from the Bitrix24 pricing page or go to Buy now → Buy a plan inside the account. If you already have a paid subscription and want a different plan, use My plan → Upgrade.
  3. Select the billing period and review the order. Check that the plan, user capacity and monthly or annual billing choice match what your organization needs. Note the currency associated with your account’s domain zone.
  4. Enter billing information. Supply your real name or organization details and your actual billing address as requested. Bitrix24 then presents the available payment methods. Direct commercial subscriptions support card payments and PayPal; the options shown to you may depend on your location and checkout.
  5. Enter the Coinepay card details. Retrieve the card number, expiry date and CVV from your Coinepay app or dashboard and enter them in Bitrix24’s card form. Complete any payment authentication requested during checkout. Do not share your CVV with someone offering to complete the purchase for you.
  6. Confirm only after checking the total. Review the plan, billing period, applicable taxes and final amount, then submit the payment. Bitrix24 says the paid plan activates automatically after a successful payment. Check the account’s plan status before trying again if the page appears to stall, so you do not accidentally place a duplicate order.

Card acceptance is determined by Bitrix24’s checkout and the payment providers involved; entering a Coinepay card does not guarantee approval. If you need to confirm whether your particular card can be used for this purchase, contact Coinepay support before buying.

If Bitrix24 declines the card

Bitrix24 documents invalid payment details, insufficient funds or credit limit, and temporary bank or payment-provider unavailability as possible reasons an automatic renewal fails. An initial checkout failure can also require investigation. Do not treat a general decline screen as proof of one specific cause; work through these checks instead:

  • Insufficient available balance: Compare the amount available to the full checkout total, including any applicable tax. For annual billing, allow for the entire 12-month charge rather than the advertised monthly equivalent. Check the Coinepay app for your balance and applicable card settings before retrying.
  • Billing address mismatch or incorrect details: Recheck the card number, expiry and CVV, then verify that the name and billing address entered at Bitrix24 reflect your real details. If billing information needs updating in an existing account, look under Subscription → Payment details → Billing Info. The steps available there can vary by domain zone, billing country, renewal status and payment method.
  • 3-D Secure or another authentication prompt: If checkout requests additional verification, follow the on-screen instructions and check whether you missed or canceled a prompt. If you cannot complete it, ask Coinepay support what authentication is available for your card; do not repeatedly submit the same payment without checking its status.
  • Merchant region checks: Check that your actual billing country is selectable and that Bitrix24 permits purchases for your location. Its billing currency follows the account’s domain zone, while payment options vary by territory. If a country or payment option is unavailable, ask Bitrix24 Sales about legitimate purchasing options. Do not substitute another address or attempt to bypass a regional rule.
  • Temporary processing issue: Check whether the payment or subscription already appears in your account before retrying. If it has not gone through, try again later or contact the relevant support team with the order time and any message shown on screen. Avoid sending your full card number or CVV in a support message.

For a failed renewal, check the subscription status: Bitrix24 documents Active, Past Due and Cancelled. When the status is Past Due, Retry Now requests a manual payment retry by Bitrix24 Sales. A renewal might also not have occurred because its date has not arrived or auto-renewal was canceled. Bitrix24 documents a 15-day grace period for a cloud subscription that cannot renew, but that grace period does not apply when a free trial ends.

Manage invoices, renewals and cancellation

For a subscription purchased directly in your account, find invoices under Subscription → Order history or My plan → Orders and invoices. If you bought through a Bitrix24 partner, request the invoice from that partner instead. Bitrix24 also offers a separate local-reseller route for 3- or 12-month subscriptions; its payment arrangements are not the same as direct card checkout.

Direct 1- and 12-month commercial subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default. If you do not want a direct subscription to renew, an authorized user can go to Subscription → Order history → Cancel Subscription. For a subscription bought directly from a regional Bitrix24 Partner, Bitrix24 says to notify that partner at least one week before expiry. If a paid cloud plan is not renewed, Bitrix24 says the account switches to Free; that is different from deleting the account.

Decide carefully before confirming payment: Bitrix24’s published policy says subscriptions and license keys are non-refundable, and its terms do not provide refunds or credits for partial months. If you need help checking a Coinepay card setting before a renewal, use the Coinepay dashboard or app; for questions about a Bitrix24 order or subscription status, contact Bitrix24.

FAQ

Can I pay for Bitrix24 with a Coinepay virtual card?

You can enter its card details at Bitrix24’s direct card checkout, but approval depends on the merchant and payment providers. Check the final order details before confirming.

Will Bitrix24 charge an annual plan every month?

No. A 12-month plan is paid in full every 12 months. A monthly equivalent shown for annual billing is a comparison figure, not an installment.

Where can I change billing details for my Bitrix24 subscription?

Look under Subscription → Payment details → Billing Info. Available steps can vary by account and payment method.

What should I do if a Bitrix24 renewal is Past Due?

Check your payment details and available balance. Bitrix24’s Retry Now option requests a manual payment retry by its Sales team.

Where can I find my Bitrix24 subscription invoice?

For a direct in-account purchase, use Subscription → Order history or My plan → Orders and invoices. For a partner purchase, ask the partner.
