You can start a SHOPLINE store trial without entering a card, then choose a paid plan from your store admin. This guide explains how to prepare a Coinepay virtual card, enter it in SHOPLINE’s billing flow and investigate a failed payment. It covers your store-plan bill, not payments that shoppers make at your store’s checkout.

What you need before choosing a SHOPLINE plan

  • A SHOPLINE store account: New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that does not require a card. Sign up through SHOPLINE’s official site for your region and use your real business and contact details.
  • A Coinepay account and virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your issued virtual card provides a card number, expiry date and CVV. You can manage it through the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app.
  • Enough available funds: Check your card’s available balance against the amount SHOPLINE shows at checkout. Allow for any applicable taxes or other charges shown there. SHOPLINE says first-time card binding may also generate an approximately USD 1 verification charge, refunded within seven business days.
  • Accurate billing details: Have the genuine name, address and other information associated with your payment ready. Do not substitute an address from another country to try to pass a regional check.

SHOPLINE’s global help center names four paid store plans: Starter, Essential, Premium and Enterprise. Regional catalogues differ. For example, Hong Kong lists Basic, Pro, Social Pro and All-in-one OMO instead. Check the pricing page for your SHOPLINE region and the amount displayed in your own checkout before selecting a plan. At the time of writing (October 2026), the US page listed monthly prices of USD 29 for Starter, USD 79 for Essential and USD 269 for Premium; Enterprise required a quote. Prices and billing terms can change, so confirm them on SHOPLINE’s official pricing page.

How to sign up and pay for a SHOPLINE store plan

  1. Create your store. Go to SHOPLINE’s official site for your region, create an account and follow its store setup prompts. You can use the 14-day trial to review the admin before committing to a paid plan.
  2. Open the plan selector. In your SHOPLINE admin, go to Settings → Subscriptions → Choose Plan. Review the plans offered to your store rather than assuming a plan shown in another region is available to you.
  3. Select a plan and billing frequency. Compare the amount due now with the renewal terms displayed. A monthly-equivalent figure in an annual-payment comparison is not necessarily the amount charged at checkout.
  4. Choose the card payment method. SHOPLINE describes credit-card and PayPal options for store-plan and bill payments; its billing documentation also describes arranged offline bank transfer. To try your Coinepay virtual card, select the available card option and enter its number, expiry date and CVV exactly as shown in Coinepay. Supply your real billing details.
  5. Complete any verification and review the total. If an authentication prompt appears, follow its on-screen instructions. Check the plan, billing frequency, amount and renewal information before selecting Pay now. Do not repeatedly submit the payment while a verification is still pending.
  6. Confirm the result in SHOPLINE. Look for the paid plan under Settings → Subscriptions and the bill under Settings → Billing. SHOPLINE says a paid plan takes effect after payment, although newly unlocked features can take up to ten minutes to appear.

A listed card brand or an available card-entry form does not establish that a particular card will be accepted. If SHOPLINE specifies an eligible card type, issuing location or other requirement for your checkout, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before you buy. You can also ask SHOPLINE about requirements applied to your store or billing region.

Where to manage the card, bills and renewal

Use Settings → Subscriptions in SHOPLINE to review your current plan and its auto-renewal control. Use Settings → Billing to find bills, billing details and linked cards. SHOPLINE says auto-renewal requires a bound card; PayPal is not an auto-renewal option. Check that the intended card is linked before the next charge and keep sufficient funds available if you leave renewal enabled.

Turning off auto-renewal is not the same as cancelling the store. SHOPLINE says a lower-tier plan cannot replace your current plan mid-cycle, but you can select one for the next renewal. If you intend to end service, review the terms for your region and settle outstanding bills. SHOPLINE says only a store owner can cancel a store, after resolving orders and disputes. Its guidance also says reopening requires a new plan within 60 days; after that, store-data recovery is unavailable.

Do not ignore an unpaid bill while troubleshooting. SHOPLINE’s automatic-billing guidance says an unpaid transaction-fee bill can lead to a store freeze and closure after two days, while an expired plan has a seven-day grace period before closure. Check the relevant bill in Settings → Billing and contact SHOPLINE if you need clarification about your store’s status.

What to check if the card is declined or will not bind

SHOPLINE’s help identifies incorrect CVV, failed or unavailable 3-D Secure authentication, and an unsupported card among possible card-binding problems. The message you see may differ; treat the checks below as troubleshooting steps, not as translations of a particular decline message.

  • Insufficient balance: Compare the available balance in Coinepay with SHOPLINE’s full amount due, including any charges shown at checkout. Remember that a first card binding may involve the temporary verification charge described above. If funds are insufficient, add funds using the options available in your Coinepay account before trying again.
  • Incorrect card details or billing-address mismatch: Recheck every digit of the card number, expiry date and CVV against your Coinepay card. Check that the billing name and address entered in SHOPLINE are accurate and consistent with your real payment details. Correct a typo rather than trying a different country or fabricated address.
  • 3-D Secure did not complete: If an authentication step appears, finish it before returning to SHOPLINE. If it fails, expires or never becomes available, check for an outstanding prompt and ask Coinepay support whether the attempted card payment can complete the required authentication. SHOPLINE also lists unavailable 3-D Secure as a possible binding-failure cause.
  • Card or merchant-region checks: SHOPLINE publishes card brands supported for binding, but acceptance of a specific card can depend on the checkout and its payment checks. A store’s region can also affect its available services and requirements. Ask SHOPLINE which requirement caused the rejection, then contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it. Do not change your stated location to bypass a restriction.

If SHOPLINE shows no successful payment but you see a card activity entry, compare the amount and status in both accounts before attempting another charge. Keep the date, amount and any on-screen error text when contacting support; never send a full card number or CVV in an ordinary support message.

Store-plan billing is not shopper checkout

Paying SHOPLINE for your store plan does not configure how customers pay you. Merchants manage shopper payment options separately under Settings → Payments. SHOPLINE Payments availability and individual payment methods depend on the merchant’s region and eligibility, and other providers or local methods require their own setup. If your goal is to accept customer payments rather than pay your SHOPLINE subscription, review those settings and SHOPLINE’s requirements for your business.

FAQ

Do I need a card to start SHOPLINE’s free trial?

No. SHOPLINE says a new account starts with a 14-day trial without a card. You choose and pay for a store plan through Settings → Subscriptions → Choose Plan.

Can I use PayPal for SHOPLINE auto-renewal?

SHOPLINE lists PayPal as a payment option, but says auto-renewal requires a bound card, not PayPal. Check Settings → Subscriptions for your renewal setting.

Why did SHOPLINE reject my Coinepay virtual card?

Check the available balance, card details, real billing address and any 3-D Secure prompt. SHOPLINE also lists unsupported cards as a possible binding issue. Ask SHOPLINE about the rejection and Coinepay support whether your card meets the stated requirement.

Where can I find my SHOPLINE bills and linked cards?

Open Settings → Billing in your SHOPLINE admin. Your plan and auto-renewal control are under Settings → Subscriptions.
