You can subscribe to Flo Premium through Flo’s website or through the Flo app using Apple or Google billing. The checkout route matters: it determines where you enter your Coinepay virtual card, manage renewal and request help with a charge. This guide walks through each route and the checks to make if payment is declined.
Before you start
Flo offers a free basic account and a paid subscription called Flo Premium. You may also see the name Flo Health Premium in an App Store description. Flo describes monthly and yearly subscriptions, but the offer available to you can depend on your country and checkout route. Open Menu or your avatar → Upgrade to Premium in Flo, or review the offer presented during Flo’s website onboarding, to see the current price, billing period, taxes and any trial terms. If you choose an annual subscription, expect the annual charge upfront. Check Flo’s official pricing page for current offers rather than relying on a price shown in another country’s app-store listing.
To use Coinepay card services, register with Coinepay and complete identity verification. Your virtual card details—card number, expiry date and CVV—are available after issuance in the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app. You can also get the Coinepay app for iOS or Android. Before checkout, check your available card balance against the full amount shown, including any applicable tax. Use your real identity and billing details, and make sure the account and region you use comply with Flo’s and the payment platform’s rules.
Decide where you want the subscription billed. A purchase on app.flo.health is associated with your Flo registration email. An in-app purchase belongs to the Apple or Google account that authorizes it. Putting a card into one account does not add it to the others.
Option 1: Pay through Flo’s website
- Go to Flo’s official website or app.flo.health and follow its registration or sign-in flow. Use an email address you can access; a web purchase is tied to the registration email.
- Review the Flo Premium offer shown during onboarding. Confirm the billing period, amount due today, any trial end date and the renewal terms before proceeding.
- At web checkout, select the card-payment option if it is offered. Flo also identifies PayPal as a web-checkout option. Enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, along with your real billing details.
- Complete any authentication requested by the checkout or your card issuer, then confirm the purchase only after checking the final amount.
- Keep the confirmation and receipt. Flo says web receipts may be marked Flo Health, Stripe or PayPal; that wording can help you identify where a charge originated later.
If you came to a browser checkout from the app, check the final confirmation to establish whether you bought directly from Flo or through an app store. Do not assume the route from the screen where you first saw the offer. If checkout does not present a card option for your purchase, use the payment methods it actually offers rather than repeatedly entering card details elsewhere.
Option 2: Pay through the Flo app
- Open Flo and sign in to the account you want to use. Select Menu or your avatar → Upgrade to Premium and review the available offer.
- Choose the offer, tap Continue and read the purchase sheet. It should show the amount and billing terms you are authorizing.
- If Apple or Google handles the purchase, add or select the Coinepay virtual card as a payment method on that Apple or Google account, following the store’s prompts. The card is not entered into Flo’s web checkout for a store-billed purchase.
- Authorize the purchase through Apple or Google. Check the store confirmation and your Flo account before trying again if the sheet closes or you are unsure whether payment went through.
The payment options shown by Apple and Google vary by country and account. A card that can be entered at one checkout is not assured acceptance at another. If you need to confirm whether your Coinepay card meets a store or checkout requirement, contact Coinepay support before buying. Flo’s features can also vary by country, language, store, version or device; review what the offer includes in your location.
If the card is declined
Start with the message displayed by Flo’s checkout, Apple or Google, and check whether a charge or subscription already appears before retrying. A decline does not, by itself, identify the cause. Use these checks in order:
- Insufficient available balance: Compare the card’s available balance in Coinepay with the full checkout amount, including applicable taxes. A yearly offer is charged upfront, so having enough for one month would not cover an annual purchase. Check the amount displayed at checkout rather than estimating from an app-store listing.
- Billing-details mismatch: Re-enter the card number, expiry date and CVV carefully. Check that the billing name and address you supplied are your real details and match the information required by the checkout and card account. If you are paying through Apple or Google, review the billing details on the relevant store account as well.
- Authentication not completed: If a 3-D Secure or other verification step appears, follow it and return to the checkout to see whether the purchase finished. If a prompt times out or does not arrive, check the Coinepay app for any available instructions and contact Coinepay support. Do not assume an interrupted authentication means the card was charged.
- Merchant or store region checks: Flo’s offers and store payment methods differ by location. Confirm your actual country, the region on your Apple or Google account if applicable, and the billing details you entered. If a payment platform requires a particular card type or issuing country, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets that requirement before you buy. Do not change your location or details to bypass a restriction.
- Wrong payment account: If you added the card to Apple but the purchase sheet is from Google, or if you expected a web purchase but reached a store sheet, return to the relevant account’s payment settings. A Flo web subscription and a store subscription are managed separately.
If the card details and balance look right but payment still fails, ask the payment provider that displayed the decline for its next steps: Flo for a direct web checkout, or Apple or Google for a store purchase. You can also contact Coinepay support about a card-side issue. Share the date, amount, checkout route and any transaction reference, but do not send your full card number or CVV in a support message.
Manage renewal, cancellation and refunds
Flo subscriptions renew automatically, and a trial can turn into a paid subscription unless you cancel under its terms. Save the purchase confirmation so you know which provider bills you. Uninstalling Flo does not cancel a subscription.
| Where you purchased | Where to manage it |
|---|---|
| Flo website | In Flo: Profile → See your Premium benefits → Manage Subscription; or on Flo’s website: Profile → Subscriptions |
| Apple | iPhone/iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Flo |
| Google Play | Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Flo |
For a directly billed web subscription, Flo’s terms say to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Check the applicable store’s terms for a store-billed purchase. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a charge already made; Flo says Premium access continues through the paid period after auto-renewal is canceled.
For a web-purchase refund request, contact Flo support with your registration email and, if available, your receipt. Request an Apple-billed refund from Apple. For a Google Play purchase, consult Google Play’s refund process or Flo’s Android refund help. Refund requests are reviewed under the applicable policies; cancellation alone is not a refund request.
One additional consideration: Flo says Anonymous Mode cannot be used with an active web subscription without changing that subscription arrangement. If that feature matters to you, read Flo’s Anonymous Mode guidance before choosing web billing.

FAQ
Can I enter my Coinepay card directly in the Flo app?
If the purchase is billed through Apple or Google, add the card to the relevant store account and authorize its purchase sheet. A direct Flo web checkout has its own card-payment flow.
Why was my Flo Premium payment declined?
Check the full amount against your available balance, verify your real billing details, complete any authentication prompt and review region or store-account requirements. Ask the provider showing the decline for further help.
Where do I cancel Flo Premium?
Cancel a web purchase in Flo under Profile → See your Premium benefits → Manage Subscription, or on Flo’s website under Profile → Subscriptions. Cancel Apple or Google purchases in that store account’s Subscriptions settings.
Will canceling Flo Premium refund my last payment?
No. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund an existing charge. Direct web purchases go to Flo support for review; Apple purchases go to Apple, while Google Play purchasers can consult Google Play or Flo’s Android refund help.
