You can try using a Coinepay virtual card to pay for Remini, but the checkout depends on whether you choose Remini Web or the mobile app. This guide walks through both routes, where to manage the resulting subscription, and what to check if a payment is declined. Card acceptance is determined by the checkout provider, so review its requirements before subscribing.

Choose the Remini subscription you actually need

Remini Web and the Remini mobile app have different plans and billing channels. Decide which product you want to use before adding a payment method: a Remini Web subscription does not unlock the mobile app. A mobile subscription unlocks Web access only when its particular in-app offer explicitly includes it.

Where you subscribePlans or offers to look forWhere payment is handled
Remini WebPersonal or Business, with weekly, monthly, or yearly durationsRemini Web’s direct checkout
Remini on iPhoneOffers may include Remini Lite Weekly, Remini Pro Weekly, or 1 Month; the offers shown to you may differApple App Store billing or Remini’s internal paywall, depending on the offer
Remini on AndroidCheck the plans offered in the appGoogle Play

On Web, Personal includes an allowance of 20 photos on the weekly option, 80 on the monthly option, or 1,040 on the yearly option. Business lists unlimited photos and commercial use. Check the current paywall for the price, renewal interval, and features attached to your offer. Mobile pricing and available offers vary, so do not assume that a plan shown in an app-store listing is the one you will receive.

What you need before checkout

  • A Coinepay account and completed identity verification. Register through Coinepay and finish KYC before using card services. You can manage your account in the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay mobile app for iOS or Android.
  • Your virtual card details. Coinepay issues a card number, expiry date, and CVV instantly. Open your card in Coinepay when you are ready to enter those details; do not share them with anyone offering to complete checkout for you.
  • Enough available funds. Review the total and renewal terms at Remini’s checkout. Check the balance available to your card in Coinepay rather than relying on an earlier balance.
  • Your real account and billing information. Use your own identity and accurate billing details. The billing address entered at checkout should match the details associated with the payment method where an address is requested.

If you plan to buy through Apple or Google Play, check that your account’s country or region and the card meet that store’s payment-method requirements. Available payment methods vary by country and card. Coinepay cannot override a store’s or Remini’s regional rules or payment checks.

How to pay for Remini Web with a Coinepay virtual card

  1. Go to Remini Web at app.remini.ai and select Log In / Sign up. Sign in using the Google, Apple, or Facebook option offered there.
  2. Choose Personal or Business, then select a weekly, monthly, or yearly duration. Review the photo allowance or commercial-use terms relevant to your choice.
  3. Read the price, billing interval, and automatic-renewal information on the paywall. Remini Web also documents PayPal as a payment option, but select card payment if you want to try your Coinepay card.
  4. Open Coinepay, copy the virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV into the corresponding checkout fields, and enter your accurate billing details wherever requested.
  5. Complete any verification requested during checkout. Confirm only after checking the amount and subscription terms, then look for confirmation in your Remini account.

For a directly purchased Web subscription, go to My Account → Subscription to review it. To edit card details, use Subscription → “tapping here” beside “You can manage your subscription.” Remini’s older yourplan.remini.ai channel no longer takes new subscriptions; existing subscriptions there may have a different management route.

How to pay in the Remini mobile app

Open Remini on your iPhone or Android device, sign in as prompted, and open the subscription offer shown in the app. Read that offer carefully: the names, duration, price, and access included can differ from a public app-store listing. Limited free access may be available in the mobile app if you are not ready to subscribe.

If checkout uses Apple App Store billing

Add or select your Coinepay virtual card in the payment settings of the Apple Account used for the purchase, if Apple permits it for that account and region. Return to Remini’s offer and follow Apple’s purchase confirmation. Your payment method and store-billed subscription are managed through your Apple Account, not the Remini Web billing page.

If checkout uses Google Play billing

Add or select the Coinepay virtual card in the Google Play account used for the purchase, subject to Google Play’s payment rules for your country and card. Return to the Remini offer and complete the Google Play confirmation. Manage that subscription and its store payment method through Google Play.

If an iPhone offer uses Remini’s internal paywall

Follow the payment fields and confirmation steps displayed by Remini, using your real billing information. An internally billed iOS subscription will not appear in Apple’s subscription list; manage it inside Remini. If you cannot tell which channel billed you, check the purchase confirmation or receipt before changing a card or attempting another purchase.

What to do if your Remini card payment is declined

First, identify who is taking the payment: Remini Web, Apple, Google Play, or an internal Remini paywall. That determines where to correct payment details and where to request help. Avoid repeatedly submitting a purchase without checking whether an earlier attempt succeeded.

  • Insufficient balance: Compare your available Coinepay card funds with the total displayed at checkout. Remini notes that a failed Web payment caused by insufficient funds may be retried later. If you have already subscribed, inspect your billing history before making a new purchase.
  • Incorrect details or billing-address mismatch: Re-enter the card number, expiry, and CVV carefully. Check that any requested name and billing address are your real details and are consistent with the payment information on file. Remini Web identifies wrong or incomplete payment information as a possible cause of subscription errors.
  • 3-D Secure or another verification step: If checkout asks you to authenticate, complete the prompt through the legitimate payment flow. If no prompt arrives, it expires, or authentication fails, check your card and account notifications and contact Coinepay support for help investigating. Do not share your CVV or verification codes with someone claiming they can bypass the check.
  • Merchant or store region checks: Confirm that the Remini offer and the payment method are available for your actual country or region. Apple and Google payment options vary by location; a listed Remini price does not establish that every card can complete checkout. Do not change your address or location to evade a restriction. Contact Coinepay support if you need help checking a card requirement before buying.
  • Remini Web checkout error: Remini identifies using a mobile browser instead of a desktop browser as another possible cause of its subscription error. Try the Web checkout on a desktop browser after checking your details. Remini also suggests PayPal or Link as alternative methods where offered; those are separate checkout choices, not a guarantee that your card will work through them.

For an Apple- or Google-billed decline, review the payment issue in the relevant store account. For a direct Web error, use Remini’s support options if the corrected checkout still fails. If the question concerns your Coinepay card, contact Coinepay support. Share the billing channel and error context, but never send a full card number, CVV, or authentication code in a support message.

Manage renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Remini subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. For a directly purchased Web plan, use My Account → Subscription → Cancel plan and confirm the request. Ordinary cancellation leaves access through the paid period; it does not itself refund that period. For a store-billed mobile plan, use the corresponding Apple or Google subscription controls. If Remini is absent from that store’s subscription list, check whether you purchased through the iOS internal paywall or another channel.

Remini’s refund policy generally treats valid charges as non-refundable except where its terms or policy allow otherwise. Its stated request windows are 20 days after a weekly or monthly charge and 60 days after a yearly charge, generally for the most recent charge; a request is not a promise of approval. Route App Store requests to Apple, Google Play requests to Google first, and direct Web requests through Remini’s contact form. EU-resident Web purchasers should check Remini’s separate withdrawal option under My Account → Subscription → Withdraw and request a refund if they are within 14 days of purchase.

FAQ

Will a Remini Web subscription work in the mobile app?

No. A Remini Web subscription does not unlock the mobile app. Only mobile offers that explicitly include Web access unlock Remini Web.

Where do I change the card for Remini Web?

For a directly purchased Web plan, open My Account → Subscription, then select “tapping here” beside “You can manage your subscription” to edit card details.

Why is Remini missing from my Apple subscriptions?

An iOS purchase made through Remini’s internal paywall will not appear in Apple subscriptions. Check your receipt or purchase confirmation to identify the billing channel, then manage it inside Remini.

Does entering a Coinepay virtual card guarantee that Remini will accept it?

No. Acceptance depends on the checkout provider, your account region, the card’s eligibility, available funds, and any required verification.
