You can use a Coinepay virtual card to try to pay for PowerDirector through CyberLink’s website. This guide covers choosing the right Windows or Mac product, completing checkout with your real billing details, finding your download, and checking common reasons a card payment may be declined. Card acceptance depends on CyberLink’s checkout and payment checks.

Before you buy: choose the right PowerDirector product

Start on CyberLink’s official PowerDirector pricing page and confirm that the product matches your computer and how you want to pay. The Windows and Mac subscriptions are separate: a Windows subscription does not cover PowerDirector 365 for Mac. If you are buying through the Mac App Store instead of CyberLink’s website, Apple handles that purchase and its billing.

  • PowerDirector Essential: A limited-feature free Windows option that does not require payment information to download. It is a useful starting point if you want to explore the software before buying.
  • PowerDirector 365: The Windows subscription, offered with annual or monthly billing. Check the selected billing term before you continue.
  • Director Suite: A subscription that adds PhotoDirector 365 and AudioDirector 365. Director Suite Pro also includes Promeo.
  • PowerDirector 2027: A one-time-purchase Windows edition rather than a subscription. CyberLink’s comparison also names PowerDirector 2027 Ultra, PowerDirector 2027 Ultimate Suite, and PowerDirector 2027 & PhotoDirector 2027; check which editions are actually offered at your checkout.
  • PowerDirector 365 for Mac: A separate Mac subscription. CyberLink does not list a perpetual Mac edition.

At the time of writing (October 2026), CyberLink’s US Windows pricing page displayed PowerDirector 365 at a $59.99 sale price or $79.99 regular price per year, and PowerDirector 2027 at $139.99 as a one-time purchase. These are not promises of your checkout price. Promotions, region, billing term, and applicable taxes can change the total. In particular, an annual plan shown as a monthly equivalent is still billed annually. Check CyberLink’s official pricing page and the final checkout total before paying.

What you need to pay with a Coinepay virtual card

  1. A verified Coinepay account. Register and complete identity verification before using card services. You can manage your account through the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay mobile app for iOS or Android.
  2. Your virtual card details. Coinepay issues a card number, expiry date, and CVV instantly. Have them ready to enter at CyberLink’s checkout; do not post them in a support message or share them with someone offering to complete your purchase.
  3. Enough available funds for the final charge. Check the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, against the available amount in your Coinepay account. If you choose a subscription, consider how you will cover its later renewals.
  4. Your real account and billing information. Use your own identity and accurate billing details. The country and address you enter should reflect your actual circumstances, not a location chosen to obtain different pricing or bypass payment checks.

CyberLink says a card used for a subscription must support recurring payments. If you need to confirm that your Coinepay card is suitable for the payment requirements displayed at your checkout, contact Coinepay support before buying. Neither a virtual card nor a completed Coinepay verification guarantees that a merchant will approve a transaction.

How to subscribe or make a one-time purchase

  1. Prepare your Coinepay account. Register with Coinepay if needed, complete identity verification, and open your card details in the dashboard or app. Check your available funds.
  2. Open CyberLink’s official PowerDirector pricing page. Choose the Windows or Mac product you intend to use. For a Windows subscription, compare PowerDirector 365 with Director Suite and Director Suite Pro; if you do not want a subscription, review the PowerDirector 2027 one-time-purchase option.
  3. Select the billing term and choose Buy Now. For a subscription, verify whether you selected annual or monthly billing. Do not treat a displayed per-month equivalent for an annual plan as a monthly-billed checkout price.
  4. Create or sign in to your CyberLink member account. Use an account you can access later: CyberLink attaches the purchased subscription to the account used at purchase.
  5. Review the order. Confirm the product, operating system, billing term, renewal arrangement, currency, taxes, and final amount shown by the checkout. Website subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term until auto-pay is turned off.
  6. Enter your Coinepay card details. Where the checkout offers a card-payment form, enter the card number, expiry date, CVV, and your accurate billing information. Follow any additional verification prompt presented during payment. Submit the order once, then wait for the checkout result rather than repeatedly clicking the purchase button.
  7. Confirm access. After successful payment, sign in to CyberLink’s Member Zone and go to Plans & Products → Download Now. Sign in to CyberLink Application Manager to install a website-bought subscription. CyberLink says a product key is not required for that subscription installation. Keep your order confirmation and check My Orders for order and invoice information.

If checkout does not confirm the purchase, check both your CyberLink account and your Coinepay transaction activity before trying again. A visible card activity entry alone should not be treated as proof that a CyberLink subscription was created.

What to check if your card is declined

CyberLink identifies incorrect card details, an expired card, insufficient funds, a card that cannot handle recurring payments, and an issuer decline for unusual activity as possible causes of failed purchases. The wording shown at checkout may vary, so focus on the underlying check rather than looking for a particular error message.

  • Insufficient balance: Compare your available amount with the final checkout total, not just an advertised plan price. Taxes may be added. If you need to add funds, check the available options and any applicable terms in the Coinepay app before retrying.
  • Card number, expiry, or CVV: Re-enter the details from your Coinepay dashboard or app carefully. Check that the card has not expired. Do not send your full card details to CyberLink or Coinepay through an ordinary support message.
  • Billing address mismatch: Review the name, address, postal code, and country you entered. Correct typing errors and use your genuine billing information. If you are unsure which billing details to use with your card, ask Coinepay support; do not substitute a fabricated address.
  • Additional authentication or 3-D Secure: If checkout displays a verification step, follow its on-screen instructions and return to the payment page afterward. If the prompt does not appear, expires, or fails, check your Coinepay app for relevant transaction information and contact support with the time and amount of the attempted payment. Availability of a particular authentication flow depends on the transaction.
  • Merchant region or payment checks: Make sure the CyberLink storefront and your entered billing country reflect your actual location. A merchant or payment processor may decline a transaction based on its checks. Do not use another country’s address or other workarounds; ask CyberLink about the checkout result and Coinepay about the card transaction.
  • Subscription renewal requirement: If a one-time purchase is available but a subscription payment fails, do not assume the same card is eligible for recurring billing. Ask Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets the requirement shown by the merchant.

If you contact support, provide the product and billing term, the checkout time, the amount and currency displayed, and the exact message you saw, if any. Share only the minimum card information a support agent specifically requests through an appropriate support channel.

Manage a PowerDirector subscription after checkout

For a website-bought subscription, CyberLink places billing controls in its Member Zone → Plans & Products. To update a card, select Manage Payment; CyberLink says this option works only while auto-renewal is enabled. To turn off automatic renewal, use Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription. CyberLink says paid features remain available through the current billing cycle after cancellation. Check My Orders when you need an order record or invoice.

CyberLink’s website refund instructions say to request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase through Member Zone → My Order → Actions → Request a Refund. CyberLink also says an order is not refundable if any included credit, even a free credit, has been used. Review the policy that applies to your purchase before using included credits. Purchases made through an app store or another retailer follow that channel’s process rather than the website steps above.
