Supercell doesn't sell one company-wide subscription. Instead, each of its games has its own passes and in-game items in the Supercell Store — from the Gold Pass in Clash of Clans to Pass Royale in Clash Royale. This guide shows how to pay for those purchases with a Coinepay virtual card, walks through the Store checkout, and helps you troubleshoot a declined payment.
Coinepay issues virtual cards with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV that you can use for online shopping and digital subscriptions. Everything is managed from the Coinepay app and the 24/7 dashboard. You'll need to register and complete identity verification (KYC) before your card is ready.
What you need before you start
- A Supercell ID linked to the game account you want to top up.
- An active Coinepay virtual card. Create your Coinepay account, finish KYC, and open the card to view its number, expiry and CVV.
- Enough balance on the card to cover the pass price plus any applicable taxes.
- Your real billing details (name and address) that match your Coinepay account.
- The Coinepay app installed from the App Store or Google Play so you can approve verification prompts.
Supercell notes that Store offers and payment options vary by location and account, and some passes require game progress before you can buy them. The Store lists cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pix, country-dependent local options and Klarna (in Germany, Austria and Belgium); the choices you actually see appear at checkout. Supercell doesn't guarantee any specific merchant will accept a given card, so if you need to confirm your Coinepay card works for a particular purchase, contact Coinepay support first.
Which Supercell passes you can buy
The Store lists offers separately for each game. At the time of writing (October 2026), the documented passes include:
- Clash of Clans: Gold Pass and Event Pass (the game also has a free Silver reward track).
- Clash Royale: Pass Royale, consolidated into a single upgraded pass since the March 2026 season.
- Brawl Stars: Brawl Pass and Brawl Pass Plus (plus a free track), and the separately listed Pro Pass that spans a four-month season.
- Hay Day: Farm Pass, Party Pass and Festival Pass, plus a recurring Farm Pass Bundle Subscription in select regions.
- Boom Beach: Boom Pass.
Prices depend on your region and account, and the Store requires you to sign in to see current offers. Don't rely on older published prices — check the live price shown at checkout on the Supercell Store for your account.
Step-by-step: buying a pass with your Coinepay card
- Open the Coinepay app, go to your virtual card and note the card number, expiry date and CVV. Confirm the balance covers the purchase.
- Go to the Supercell Store for your game and sign in with your Supercell ID. Enter the verification code emailed to you.
- Select the pass you want by its displayed price.
- Verify the receiving game account so the pass is applied to the correct player.
- At the payment step, choose credit/debit card and enter your Coinepay card number, expiry, CVV and the cardholder name and billing address that match your Coinepay profile.
- If prompted, complete the 3-D Secure confirmation. Approve the request in your Coinepay app or follow the verification step shown.
- Complete payment, then open the game to activate or donate the pass.
You can review the charge later under the Store menu/profile: go to Account → Purchase history to see receipts and transaction IDs.
One-off passes vs. the recurring subscription
Most Store passes are a one-time purchase followed by activation — they don't automatically renew. The exception is Hay Day's Farm Pass Bundle Subscription, which is expressly recurring and billed automatically on its cycle. If you buy that, keep enough balance on your Coinepay card ahead of each renewal so the payment doesn't fail.
To manage or cancel the subscription, sign in to the Hay Day Store, open the three-line menu → Farm Pass Subscription → Manage subscription, then choose Payment method or Cancel subscription. Supercell Support can't change the card for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; benefits you've already paid for remain until the expiry date shown at cancellation when activated for the current season. Pausing isn't available.
If your card is declined: common causes and fixes
Supercell documents checkout messages such as “Unable to purchase,” “Something went wrong when trying to process this transaction,” card declined, invalid CVC and expired-card errors. The message alone doesn't tell you the exact cause. Work through these common ones:
Insufficient balance
The payment needs to cover the pass price plus any tax. Check your Coinepay balance in the app and top up if needed, then retry.
Incorrect or expired card details
Re-enter the card number, expiry and CVV carefully — an invalid CVC or expired-card error usually points here. Confirm the card is active in the Coinepay app.
Billing address mismatch
Use the exact name and billing address on your Coinepay account. A mismatch can trigger a decline even when funds are available.
3-D Secure not completed
Supercell lists lack of 3-D Secure support as a possible decline cause. If a verification screen appears, finish it; if you missed the prompt, restart the purchase and approve the confirmation in your Coinepay app.
Merchant region and account checks
Store offers, payment options and some passes depend on your location and account, and certain passes need game progress before they unlock. If an offer or payment method doesn't appear, it may not be available for your account or region. Use your real details only — don't attempt to disguise your location.
Payment-provider refusal or other causes
Supercell also lists a payment-provider refusal, an account ban, unmet game-level requirements and technical issues. If the charge keeps failing, wait a few minutes and retry, try during off-peak hours, or contact Coinepay support to check whether anything on the card side is blocking the transaction. You can also reach the team on Telegram.
Refunds and receipts
Supercell's Store policy states that virtual-item purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Support lists eligible reasons such as accidental or unauthorized purchases, duplicate charges and purchase-affecting game bugs. To request one, contact Supercell Support with your Store receipt or transaction ID. An eligible Season Pass refund is limited to once per account lifetime across the five named games, a shopping-bag bundle must be refunded as a whole, and refunds go back to the original payment method — so if you paid with your Coinepay card, any refund returns to that card.
Tips for a smooth purchase
- Fund your Coinepay card before checkout, especially for the recurring Farm Pass Bundle Subscription.
- Keep your billing details consistent between Coinepay and the Store checkout.
- Always confirm the live price shown in the Store for your account rather than an older figure.
- Save your purchase-history receipt in case you ever need support.

FAQ
Does Supercell have one subscription I can pay for?
No. Supercell sells game-specific passes and in-game items through the Supercell Store rather than one company-wide plan. The recurring Farm Pass Bundle Subscription in Hay Day is the main auto-renewing option, and it's available only in select regions.
Which payment methods does the Supercell Store accept?
The Store lists credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pix, country-dependent local options and Klarna in Germany, Austria and Belgium. The exact choices appear at checkout and vary by location and account. Choose the card option to pay with your Coinepay virtual card.
Why was my Coinepay card declined at Supercell checkout?
Common causes include insufficient balance, incorrect or expired card details, a billing-address mismatch, an incomplete 3-D Secure step, or region/account checks. Verify your details and balance in the Coinepay app, complete any verification prompt, and contact Coinepay support if it keeps failing.
Where can I find my Supercell receipt or transaction ID?
Open the Store menu or profile, then go to Account and Purchase history to view receipts and transaction IDs. You'll need this information if you ever request a refund from Supercell Support.
How do I cancel the Hay Day Farm Pass Bundle Subscription?
Sign in to the Hay Day Store, open the three-line menu, then Farm Pass Subscription, then Manage subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; benefits you already paid for remain until the expiry date shown at cancellation.
