NaturalReader is a text-to-speech service that turns documents, articles and ebooks into natural-sounding audio. If you want to subscribe without tying the payment to your main bank card, a Coinepay virtual card gives you an instant card number, expiry date and CVV you can use at checkout. This guide walks through what you need, how the NaturalReader sign-up and checkout work, and what to do if a payment is declined.
What you need before you start
To pay for NaturalReader with a Coinepay virtual card, make sure you have the following ready:
- A registered Coinepay account with identity verification (KYC) completed. You can create an account and manage everything from the Coinepay dashboard or the mobile app on iOS and Google Play.
- A Coinepay virtual card with enough balance to cover the plan you want, plus any taxes or VAT that may apply in your region.
- The card number, expiry date, CVV and the billing details on file for the card.
- The email address you want to use for your NaturalReader account.
Services related to virtual assets are not available to residents of mainland China, and some services are not offered in every jurisdiction. Card issuance is handled by Coinepay's licensed partner financial institutions.
Know which NaturalReader plan you are buying
NaturalReader sells several different products, and they are billed in different places, so confirm which one you actually need before paying.
- Personal AI Text to Speech: a free limited tier plus paid individual tiers named Lite, Plus and Pro. Personal-plan audio is not licensed for commercial use.
- Commercial AI Voice Generator: tiers named Starter, Creator and Team (Team has a two-user minimum). This subscription does not include the personal apps. Active subscribers can also buy Pay-As-You-Go credits, which require an active subscription to use.
- Downloadable NaturalReader Software (Personal, Professional, Ultimate) and WebReader (Pro, Organization) are separate one-time or annual products, not the personal or AI Voice Generator subscriptions.
At the time of writing (October 2026), the personal website prices in USD are Lite $13.90/month or $79/year, Plus $20.90/month or $119/year, and Pro $25.90/month or $159/year, with annual plans billed upfront. Website plan prices are quoted in USD; App Store and Google Play prices can differ by region because of exchange rates, taxes and platform charges. Prices change, so always confirm the current amount on the NaturalReader pricing page before you pay. Note that in 2026 the legacy Premium tier was renamed Lite, though some App Store listings may still show the older name.
If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the charge goes to the payment method held by that store, not directly to NaturalReader. To pay with your Coinepay card at NaturalReader's own checkout, use the website.
Step 1: Create or top up your Coinepay virtual card
- Sign in to the Coinepay app or dashboard and open the virtual cards section.
- Create a card (or choose an existing one) and make sure the balance covers the plan price plus possible tax.
- Note the card number, expiry date, CVV and the billing address associated with the card. You will enter the billing details exactly as they appear on your Coinepay profile.
Step 2: Register your NaturalReader account
You can create a personal or commercial account using email and password, Google, or Apple sign-in. If you ever pay before registering, you must sign up afterwards using the same email you used for the purchase, so the subscription links to your account.
- Go to the NaturalReader website and choose the product you need (personal or commercial).
- Register with your email, or continue with Google or Apple.
- Verify your email if prompted.
Step 3: Choose your plan and go to checkout
- Open the pricing page for your product and select the tier you want (for example Plus or Pro on the personal plan).
- On the personal website checkout you will see the selected plan, an email-address field and a USD Pay amount. Monthly options appear below the annual options, so scroll if you want to be billed monthly.
- Confirm the email address is the one you want on the account.
Step 4: Enter your Coinepay card details
NaturalReader names Stripe as its website payment processor. In the payment form:
- Enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV.
- Enter the cardholder name and billing address that match your Coinepay profile. Using your real billing details helps the payment pass verification.
- Complete any 3-D Secure confirmation step your card requires.
- Review the total and confirm the payment.
After payment, check for a confirmation email. It contains a link to your billing portal, and you should see your subscription active in your account.
Troubleshooting: why a card payment can be declined
NaturalReader does not publish specific decline messages, so if a payment fails, work through the common causes below and check the exact wording shown at checkout.
Insufficient balance
Make sure your Coinepay card holds enough to cover the plan plus any tax or VAT. Annual plans are billed in full upfront, so a yearly Plus or Pro purchase needs the whole amount available at once. Top up in the Coinepay app and try again.
Billing address or name mismatch
If the name or billing address you type does not match what is on your Coinepay card, the processor may reject the charge. Copy the details exactly as they appear in your Coinepay profile.
3-D Secure / verification not completed
If an extra confirmation prompt appears and is not completed, the payment will not go through. Keep the Coinepay app handy to approve the transaction, then retry.
Merchant or region checks
Website prices are in USD and checkout acceptance can depend on your region and card. NaturalReader does not publish a country-by-country list of where its checkout or particular cards are accepted, and some merchants restrict certain card types. If your payment is refused and the details are correct, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card is suitable for this purchase before trying again.
After-payment access issues
An "invalid license" message after a successful payment is an access problem, not a declined card. Make sure you are signed in with the same email used at checkout; if it persists, reach out to NaturalReader support.
If you have ruled out these causes and still cannot pay, our team can help check the card side of the transaction via Coinepay support or Telegram.
Manage billing, renewals and cancellation
Website subscriptions renew automatically. To manage yours, sign in and go to Account(s) → Subscription & Billing → Customer Portal (the confirmation email also links there). In the portal you can download receipts, update billing details, and add a replacement payment method before removing an old one, which is handy when you issue a new Coinepay card.
To stop renewal, use Customer Portal → Cancel plan before your next billing date. Paid access lasts through the current period, and cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund. For website-purchased Plus or Pro, NaturalReader allows a full refund request within three days of a monthly purchase or renewal, or seven days of a yearly one; refunds are not automatic or prorated. Commercial single-user and Team subscriptions are generally non-refundable. App Store and Google Play purchases must be cancelled and refunded through those stores. If in doubt, confirm current refund eligibility directly with NaturalReader.
Keep your subscription running smoothly
Because subscriptions renew automatically, keep enough balance on your Coinepay card ahead of each renewal date, or add a replacement payment method in the Customer Portal before an old card expires. Monitor charges in the Coinepay app, where you can view each transaction 24/7.

FAQ
Can I pay for NaturalReader with a Coinepay virtual card?
Yes. The NaturalReader website checkout (processed by Stripe) asks for a card number, expiry and CVV, which a Coinepay virtual card provides. Enter the billing details that match your Coinepay profile. If a merchant restricts certain card types, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card is suitable before buying.
How much does NaturalReader cost?
At the time of writing (October 2026), personal website prices in USD are Lite $13.90/month or $79/year, Plus $20.90/month or $119/year, and Pro $25.90/month or $159/year, with annual plans billed upfront. Commercial AI Voice Generator plans are priced separately. Prices vary by region and change over time, so check the official NaturalReader pricing page.
Why was my card declined at NaturalReader checkout?
Common causes are insufficient balance, a billing name or address that does not match the card, an incomplete 3-D Secure step, or merchant region checks. Verify your balance and billing details, complete any verification prompt, then retry. If it still fails, contact Coinepay support to check the card.
Should I buy through the website or the app store?
To pay directly with your Coinepay card at NaturalReader's own checkout, use the website. App Store and Google Play purchases are charged to the payment method held by those stores and must be managed there, so your Coinepay card would not be used directly.
How do I cancel NaturalReader or get a refund?
Sign in and go to Account(s) → Subscription & Billing → Customer Portal → Cancel plan before your next billing date; access continues until the period ends. Website Plus or Pro refunds can be requested within three days of a monthly charge or seven days of a yearly one. App store purchases follow those stores' rules.
