Moises offers Free, Premium, and Pro plans for its music and audio tools. If you want to pay for Premium or Pro with a Coinepay virtual card, the clearest route is Moises’s web checkout, where you can choose a plan and enter card details. This guide covers what to prepare, how to subscribe, and what to check if payment does not go through.

What you need before subscribing

  • A Moises account. You can create a separate account or sign in with an existing Google, Facebook, Apple, or X account.
  • A verified Coinepay account. Register and complete identity verification before using card services. Your virtual card’s number, expiry date, and CVV are available after issuance in Coinepay.
  • Enough available funds. Check the amount shown at Moises checkout, including any applicable taxes, against the funds available for your card payment. Check the Coinepay app for any card-specific conditions or limits.
  • Your real billing details. Enter your own name and the billing address associated with your payment details. Do not substitute an address from another region to try to pass a payment check.

Moises lists card payments on the web through Stripe and Ebanx, as well as PayPal. Its listed card brands are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Elo, and Hipercard; it excludes American Express in Brazil, Malaysia, Thailand, and the UAE. That list does not establish whether a particular virtual card will be accepted. If a checkout states a card-type or country-of-issue requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets it before you buy.

How to pay for Moises on the web

  1. Set up your Coinepay card. Register with Coinepay if needed, complete identity verification, and open the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard to obtain your virtual card details. Check that you have sufficient funds for the checkout amount.
  2. Sign in to Moises. Go to the official Moises website and sign in to the account you want to upgrade. Confirm that you are using the intended account before paying, especially if you have used more than one sign-in method.
  3. Open the upgrade screen. Select your username, then choose Unlock all features.
  4. Choose your subscription. Select Monthly or Yearly, then Premium or Pro. Review the features, renewal terms, price, and any taxes displayed for your account. Prices and offers can differ between customers; use the amount in your own checkout rather than an app-store listing as your web price.
  5. Choose card payment. Select the credit-card option rather than PayPal and enter the Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV. Enter accurate billing details and review them before submitting the payment.
  6. Complete any requested verification. If the payment flow asks you to authenticate, follow the instructions shown by the payment provider or your card issuer. Return to Moises and check the result rather than repeatedly submitting the charge.
  7. Confirm the upgrade. Moises says an account upgrades after payment approval. Check that Premium or Pro appears on the intended account, and retain the purchase confirmation for your records.

If you are deciding between billing periods, read the renewal date and total charge at checkout. Moises subscriptions renew automatically, and its terms say to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Moises Studio is the name of its browser-based product, not an additional confirmed subscription tier; choose between the Premium and Pro offers actually displayed to you.

What if you subscribe in the mobile app?

The Moises mobile flow uses the upgrade banner on your profile page. Choose a billing period, review the purchase details, and select Choose Plan. Apple App Store or Google Play then handles the purchase. Adding a Coinepay card to an Apple or Google payment account, if that store permits it, is different from entering the card at Moises’s web checkout. Store payment-method settings, charges, and payment errors are managed through the relevant Apple or Google account, not Moises’s web card form.

App-store prices are not necessarily web-checkout prices. Check the purchase screen for the price, billing period, taxes, and payment method that apply to your account before confirming. If you specifically want to enter your Coinepay card details at Moises checkout, start with the web steps above.

Why was my Moises card payment declined?

A declined payment does not by itself identify the cause. Moises has not published a confirmed list of Moises-specific card-decline messages, so use the message you actually receive and check these possibilities in order:

Insufficient balance or a changed checkout total

Compare your available funds with the final amount at checkout, not just a plan price you saw earlier. Taxes or an account-specific offer can affect the displayed total. Check your Coinepay balance and any applicable card conditions in the app. If the amount is covered but the charge still fails, ask Coinepay support whether the attempted payment reached the card issuer.

Billing address or card-detail mismatch

Re-enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV carefully, then check that your real billing name and address match the details associated with your payment method. Correct a typo rather than trying a different country or an invented address. If a billing field is unclear, ask the payment provider or Coinepay support what information it expects.

Authentication was not completed

A payment may require an additional security step, such as 3-D Secure authentication. If a verification prompt appears, follow it promptly and check whether it completes. If no prompt appears, it times out, or the page returns an error, avoid repeated rapid attempts. Record the time and the exact message, then contact Coinepay support and, if needed, Moises support. Do not assume every card or checkout uses the same authentication flow.

Merchant, processor, or region checks

Moises uses Stripe and Ebanx for web card processing, and payment options may vary by checkout. A merchant or payment provider may decline a transaction because of its card rules, billing-country checks, or local availability. Moises says access is limited to places where use is legal and does not guarantee availability elsewhere. Check the requirements shown at your checkout; do not try to bypass a regional restriction. If a stated card-type or issuing-country rule might apply, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before making another attempt.

If you purchased through Google Play, Google may show messages such as “Correct this card info or try a different card” or “Transaction declined.” Those are Google payment messages, not confirmed wording from Moises’s web checkout. Check the payment method in your Google account and follow the store’s guidance. For any unresolved decline, give the relevant support team the date, approximate time, amount, and exact error text, but do not send your full card number or CVV in a support message.

How to manage your Moises subscription later

Where you change a card or cancel depends on who billed you. For a Stripe-billed web subscription, sign in to Moises and go to profile/name at bottom left → Account Settings → Manage Subscription; card management opens in Stripe. For PayPal billing, change card details in PayPal. Moises says the card on an active Ebanx subscription cannot be changed in place. Web subscriptions billed through Stripe, PayPal, or Ebanx can be reached through Account Settings → Manage Subscription for cancellation with the relevant provider.

For an Apple-billed purchase, manage or cancel the subscription under device Settings → Apple account → Subscriptions. For Google Play, use Play Store → Subscriptions. These store subscriptions are not cancelled inside the Moises app. Cancellation stops renewal while paid features remain available through the paid period. Moises describes subscriptions as generally non-refundable except where required by law, though it may review exceptional requests; app-store purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s policies. Check your billing provider and renewal date before making changes.

FAQ

Can I enter my Coinepay virtual card directly in Moises?

Moises offers a card option at web checkout, where you can enter your virtual card details. Acceptance of a particular card is determined at checkout and is not guaranteed.

Should I pay on the Moises website or in the mobile app?

Use the website if you want to enter card details at Moises’s web checkout. Mobile-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

What should I check first if my Moises payment is declined?

Check the final checkout total against your available funds, then verify your card and real billing details. Follow any authentication prompt and keep the exact error message for support.

Where do I change the card for a Moises subscription?

For Stripe billing, use Moises’s Account Settings → Manage Subscription to open card management in Stripe. PayPal and app-store payment methods are managed with those providers; Moises says an active Ebanx subscription’s card cannot be changed in place.
