Free Fire Diamonds are sold as one-time top-ups. You can buy them through a Garena web top-up storefront or, where offered, inside the game through your phone’s app store. This guide explains how to prepare a Coinepay virtual card, identify the right Player ID, complete checkout and handle common payment problems.
What you need before buying Diamonds
- Your Free Fire Player ID or linked game account. Web top-up checkout uses one of these to identify where the Diamonds should go. Check the ID carefully before paying.
- A verified Coinepay account. Register and complete identity verification before using Coinepay card services. You can then view your virtual card’s number, expiry date and CVV in the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard.
- Enough available funds for the final total. Review the amount shown at checkout, rather than relying on an advertised pack price. The amount and available payment methods can vary by country, pack and channel.
- Your real billing details. Enter details that match your payment account. Use the storefront and app-store account appropriate to your actual region; a card cannot remove regional restrictions.
You can register for Coinepay if you do not yet have an account. To manage your card on a phone, get the iOS app or Android app.
Choose a Free Fire top-up and checkout channel
Start with the official Garena storefront for your country, or open Free Fire’s in-game purchase screen. Garena’s web offers differ by region. For example, the US web top-up center displayed packs of 100, 465, 1,145, 2,650, 4,900 and 11,200 Diamond when checked in October 2026. Its displayed card-payment offer for 465 Diamond was US$4.04 at the time of writing (October 2026), reduced from US$4.49. Check the official Garena storefront for the current offer and final checkout total.
These web packs are not necessarily the same as in-app bundles. For example, the US App Store listed 100-, 310-, 520-, 1,060- and 2,180-Diamond Bundles in October 2026. In Brazil, Recarga Jogo displayed packs including 65, 100, 310, 520, 1,060, 2,180, 5,600 and 22,400 Diamante. Select a pack on the storefront you actually use rather than assuming another region’s price or bundle applies.
Check the payment-method requirement before entering your card. The displayed US Garena web card channel, powered by PayPro, specifies debit or credit cards. The displayed Latin American PagoStore channel specifies credit card or PayPal. Brazil’s Recarga Jogo shows several methods, including credit card, Pix and boleto; availability depends on the country and offer. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the applicable card-type requirement before you buy. Do not assume that a payment method shown on one storefront is available on another.
How to buy Free Fire Diamonds on a Garena web storefront
- Prepare your card. Sign in to your verified Coinepay account and open your virtual card details in the app or dashboard. Check your available funds against the expected checkout total.
- Open the official Garena top-up storefront for your region. Select Free Fire. On PagoStore, choose your actual country; Garena instructs customers whose country is not listed to select “Latinoamérica.” Continue only if the displayed storefront and payment options are appropriate for you.
- Identify the recipient. Enter the correct Player ID or sign in with the linked game account, as the storefront requests. Pause and verify the account information before selecting a pack; a typo could direct the purchase to the wrong account.
- Select a one-time Diamond pack. Look at its Diamond quantity, any displayed promotion and the offered payment methods. A membership is a different product and may renew; do not select one if you only want a single top-up.
- Choose an available card payment option. If the checkout accepts your card, enter the card number, expiry date, CVV and your real billing details as requested. Review the full amount and select Buy Now when you are ready to pay. Follow any verification instructions presented by the payment provider.
- Check the result before trying again. Save the receipt or transaction reference and check your Diamond balance. If the page reports a failure, do not repeatedly submit the same purchase while its status is unclear.
You do not need to buy a separate paid Garena account to follow these steps. The web flow identifies your Free Fire account through a Player ID or linked login; the precise screens and card options can differ between storefronts.
Buying in-game or choosing a membership
For an in-game Diamond purchase, select the bundle in Free Fire and complete payment through the checkout shown on your device. If Google Play or Apple handles the charge, add or update your Coinepay card in that platform’s payment settings, then review its final price and any verification request. App-store payment options and card acceptance can differ from Garena’s web checkout.
Memberships are separate from one-time Diamond packs. In Free Fire, open the membership card beside the lobby’s Diamond balance, choose an available offer and check whether renewal is enabled before confirming. Depending on the region, storefront labels include Tarjeta Semanal, Semanal Básica and Tarjeta Mensual, or Brazil’s Assinatura Semanal, Semanal Econômica and Assinatura Mensal. Garena says memberships with renewal enabled charge each period unless renewal is turned off. Check the offer’s current price and terms in your own checkout.
To update an Android payment method, open Google Play and go to Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods. To manage a Free Fire subscription, use Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Free Fire → Manage. On iPhone, card details are under Settings → [your name] → Payment & Shipping; memberships billed through Apple are under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancel a membership in the same platform account used to subscribe. Removing the game does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Why was my Free Fire card payment declined?
- Insufficient balance: Compare your available funds with the final checkout amount. Google Play may show “Unable to process payment: low card balance.” Check your Coinepay balance and the amount at checkout before trying again.
- Billing details do not match: Recheck the card number, expiry, CVV and your real billing address. Google Play may display “Correct this card info or try another card” or “Unable to complete transaction: expired card.” Those are Google Play messages, not confirmed messages for Garena’s PayPro checkout.
- A verification step was not completed: If checkout asks for 3-D Secure or another cardholder check, follow the on-screen instructions. If the challenge does not appear, times out or fails, contact the payment provider or Coinepay support. Do not keep submitting duplicate orders.
- Merchant or region checks: Confirm you are using your actual country, the correct store account and a payment option offered for that pack. Garena documents “Payment parameters invalid” in connection with a store-account currency mismatch. A displayed debit-or-credit or credit-card requirement also matters: ask Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before attempting the purchase.
- Connection or processor trouble: Garena associates “Transaction failed 2999” with unstable connectivity. Restore a stable connection and check whether any charge or order was recorded before retrying.
Garena says a rejected PagoStore purchase does not deliver Diamonds. Check with the bank or payment provider before another attempt; repeated failures may temporarily block transactions. If payment completed but Diamonds did not arrive, keep the receipt and contact Garena’s support with the purchase details rather than immediately requesting a store refund. Garena’s terms generally treat virtual-currency purchases as final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law or express offer terms. Refunded Diamonds may be deducted from the game account, and a negative balance can restrict access until it is replenished.

FAQ
Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for a Free Fire web top-up?
Choose the card option offered by your regional Garena storefront. The US PayPro channel specifies debit or credit cards, while a displayed Latin American PagoStore channel specifies credit cards. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the relevant requirement before buying; acceptance is not guaranteed.
Do Free Fire Diamond packs renew?
Diamond top-up packs are one-time purchases. Weekly and monthly memberships are separate offers and can renew when renewal is enabled.
Where do I change the card used for a Free Fire membership?
For Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Free Fire → Manage. For an App Store membership, use Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone. Use the same platform account that bought the membership.
What should I do if I paid but did not receive Diamonds?
Check the purchase status and Player ID, keep your receipt, and contact Garena support with the payment details. Avoid submitting another order while the first payment’s status is unclear.
