You can enter a Coinepay virtual card in Zendesk’s card-payment flow when buying a subscription or updating an eligible account’s payment method. Before you start, choose the right Zendesk plan and billing cycle, confirm your agent count, and make sure your card details and billing information are accurate. A card payment is subject to Zendesk’s checkout rules and payment checks, so approval is not assured.

What you need before paying

  • A Coinepay account and virtual card. Register and complete identity verification (KYC) before using Coinepay card services. Once issued, your virtual card’s number, expiry date, and CVV are available through Coinepay. You can manage the card in the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app.
  • Your Zendesk purchase details. Decide which product you need, how many agents require access, and whether you want monthly or yearly billing. Check the final amount and billing currency at Zendesk checkout rather than relying on a per-agent headline price.
  • Real account and billing information. Use your organization’s actual details and a billing address that matches the information associated with your payment method. Have access to the email address you will use for the Zendesk account.
  • Enough available funds. Check your card’s available balance and any applicable spending limit in Coinepay before submitting the order. Allow for the full amount Zendesk displays at checkout, including any applicable taxes or other charges.

Zendesk documents credit or debit cards, PayPal, and certain bank-payment options, but the options shown depend on the account. Zendesk also warns that prepaid cards can fail under local payment policies. Contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets any applicable card-type requirement before you buy. Do not assume that a payment method offered in one region will appear in another.

Choose a Zendesk plan and understand the bill

Zendesk’s Customer Service pricing page advertises Support Team, Suite Team, Suite Professional, and Suite Enterprise + Copilot. The last requires a Sales quote. At the time of writing (October 2026), advertised US-dollar Customer Service prices per agent per month were $19 with yearly billing or $25 with monthly billing for Support Team; $55 or $69 for Suite Team; and $115 or $149 for Suite Professional. The yearly figures are monthly equivalents of an annual subscription, not the total annual charge. Check Zendesk’s official pricing page and your checkout summary for current prices, taxes, currency, and the amount due.

If you are buying for internal employee support rather than customer service, Zendesk lists a separate Employee Service lineup, including Suite Team, Suite Growth, and Suite Professional. Make sure you are viewing the intended product before purchasing. Zendesk supports billing in USD, EUR, GBP, and BRL, but that list does not mean every currency is available to every account. For Brazil, BRL payment may be offered at Zendesk’s discretion when the account country is Brazil and a valid CPF or CNPJ is supplied. Enter only genuine business and tax details.

How to buy Zendesk with your Coinepay card

Option 1: Buy directly from the pricing page

  1. Open Zendesk’s official pricing page and select the Customer Service product and plan you want. Choose Buy now where direct purchase is offered. If your chosen offering requires Sales, follow Zendesk’s sales process instead of expecting a standard card checkout.
  2. Enter your email address. Review the plan summary that follows, then set your agent count and billing cycle. A change to either can change the charge.
  3. In Coinepay, open your issued virtual card and retrieve its card number, expiry date, and CVV. Check the available balance and any limit that applies to the card. If you have not registered yet, start at Coinepay registration and complete KYC before using card services.
  4. At Zendesk checkout, select the available card-payment option and enter the virtual card details. Supply your real billing name and address. Review the displayed currency, total, renewal terms, and any taxes before continuing.
  5. Select Complete purchase. Follow any verification request presented during checkout. Zendesk’s direct-purchase process then continues with account details and email verification; complete those steps using an email address you control.

Option 2: Buy from a Zendesk trial

Zendesk advertises a 14-day Customer Service trial that defaults to Suite Professional. If you started there, do not assume that the trial’s default is the plan you want to pay for. In the trial, select Buy your trial, review the available purchase choices, set your billing cycle and agent count, enter your payment information, and select Complete purchase. Check the final plan and amount before you confirm.

Coinepay cards can also be used for software purchases, but Zendesk determines whether a particular transaction is accepted. If checkout offers only a different payment arrangement for your account, use the options Zendesk provides or ask Zendesk about its billing options rather than repeatedly resubmitting the same card.

How to update your card or manage the subscription

After purchase, find your plan in Zendesk Admin Center → Account → Billing → Subscription. The payment-method page is Admin Center → Account → Billing → Payment. Zendesk requires the account owner to change the payment method, so an agent or other administrator may need the owner’s help. Review the saved payment details and the next billing amount whenever you change plans, agent counts, or cards.

For eligible self-service accounts, the account owner can also cancel products or the account from the Subscription page. Managed accounts must contact Zendesk. Zendesk requires cancellation notice at least 30 days before the subscription term ends and says ordinary cancellation does not provide a refund or credit for unused subscription time. Check your agreement and renewal date before committing to yearly billing or canceling near the end of a term.

Troubleshooting a declined Zendesk card payment

Zendesk may show “Your credit card was declined” without displaying the issuer’s full reason. For a failed charge, the billing contact may receive a decline code and description. Record the message, check the items below, and avoid repeated attempts until you have addressed the likely cause.

What to checkPractical next step
Insufficient balance or a spending limitZendesk documents code 51 for insufficient funds; spending limits can also cause failure. Compare the full checkout amount with the balance and applicable card limit shown in Coinepay. If you manage a business card with a custom spending limit, review that limit before retrying.
Card details or billing mismatchRe-enter the card number, expiry, and CVV carefully. Code 14 indicates an invalid card number; code 54 indicates an expired card. Check that the billing name and address you enter are your real, current details and match the information on record. Ask Zendesk which field needs attention if its message is unclear.
3-D Secure verificationZendesk identifies failed 3-D Secure verification as a possible cause. If checkout presents an authentication step, complete it promptly and follow the on-screen instructions. If it fails or never appears as expected, contact Coinepay support with the time and amount of the attempt; do not assume a retry will fix it.
Merchant or regional checksZendesk may reject a transaction under risk screening or local card policies, including policies affecting prepaid cards. Verify that your real account country, billing information, and selected payment option meet Zendesk’s requirements. Contact Coinepay support to confirm applicable card requirements and Zendesk billing support for the checkout restriction. Do not substitute an unrelated address or identity.

Zendesk also documents code 5 (“Do not honor”) and code 57 (transaction not approved). These messages do not necessarily identify a fix you can make in checkout. Check that the card is active, then share the exact error, transaction amount, currency, and approximate time with Coinepay support. Do not send your full card number or CVV in a support message. If Zendesk reports an account- or region-specific restriction, ask its billing team which legitimate payment options are available for your account.
