Ubersuggest, Neil Patel's keyword research and SEO tool, bills its paid plans in US dollars and asks for a payment card at checkout. If you prefer to keep your SEO subscriptions on a dedicated card, a Coinepay virtual card gives you an instant card number, expiry date and CVV you can enter directly into the Ubersuggest checkout. This guide walks through what you need, how to sign up and pay, and how to troubleshoot a declined payment.

What you need before you start

Before you subscribe, make sure you have the following ready:

  • A Coinepay account with identity verification (KYC) completed. You can register with Coinepay and finish verification before anything else, since card services require it.
  • A Coinepay virtual card issued in your dashboard, with its card number, expiry and CVV visible in the Coinepay app (iOS / Android).
  • Enough balance on the card to cover the plan you choose, plus any currency conversion charges or taxes. Ubersuggest's terms state fees are in USD unless stated otherwise, so a conversion charge may apply.
  • Your real billing details — name and billing address — exactly as they appear on your Coinepay account.

Services related to virtual assets are not available to residents of mainland China, and some services are not available in every jurisdiction. Use your own real identity and billing information throughout.

Ubersuggest plans and prices

Ubersuggest offers a free account with no time limit, plus paid tiers named Individual, Business and Enterprise, and a Custom tier advertised as "get a quote." At the time of writing (October 2026), published USD monthly prices were Individual $29/month, Business $49/month and Enterprise $99/month, with annual and one-time Lifetime options also advertised. Prices and the availability of the Lifetime offer vary and change often, so always confirm the exact amount shown at the Ubersuggest checkout before you pay. Check the official pricing page on app.neilpatel.com for current figures in your region.

Step 1: Create your Ubersuggest account

Go to the Ubersuggest site and register with an email address and password, or use Continue with Google. Registration creates a free account automatically, so you can explore the tool before upgrading.

Step 2: Choose a plan or start the free trial

Open the pricing page and pick the tier that matches your needs. Ubersuggest offers a one-time, seven-day free trial: select the Monthly toggle, choose a tier, and click Start My Free Trial. Billing starts automatically after seven days unless you cancel. If your account has already used its trial, you will be charged immediately instead.

If you want to pay outright rather than trial, choose the monthly, annual or Lifetime option you prefer and continue to checkout.

Step 3: Enter your Coinepay virtual card at checkout

At the payment step, Ubersuggest's help center lists credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and UnionPay), PayPal and Google Pay; its trial checkout guide also mentions Apple Pay, and the pricing FAQ lists JCB. To pay by card:

  1. Open your Coinepay app or dashboard and copy the virtual card number, expiry date and CVV.
  2. Enter them in the Ubersuggest card fields.
  3. Enter the cardholder name and billing address that match your Coinepay account.
  4. Review the total shown — this is where you confirm the real charge amount — then submit.

If you started a trial, no full charge is taken until day seven. Once payment succeeds, your paid features unlock (immediately after the trial for trial users, or right away for direct purchases).

Step 4: Confirm and save your invoice

You can manage everything afterwards from the top-right profile avatar → Account & Billing → Billing. There you can use Update beside the payment method to change the card later, or Download Invoice while your subscription is active. Removing a stored card entirely requires contacting Ubersuggest support.

Troubleshooting a declined card

Ubersuggest publishes a list of common reasons a payment can fail. Work through these before retrying:

Insufficient balance

The most common cause is not enough funds on the card. Confirm your Coinepay card balance covers the plan price plus any conversion charge or tax, then try again. Top up in the Coinepay app if needed.

Wrong card details

A mistyped number, expiry or CVV will be rejected. Re-copy the details straight from your Coinepay app and check the card is active, not expired or blocked.

Billing address mismatch

If the billing address you entered does not match your card records, the bank may decline. Use the exact address on your Coinepay account.

3-D Secure / one-time password

Ubersuggest states that cards requiring a 3-D Secure one-time password may be declined because its checkout does not currently support that authentication in all cases. If your card relies on an OTP step that does not appear, the payment can fail even with funds available. Contact Coinepay support to understand how your card handles online authentication before you buy.

International transactions and bank risk checks

Ubersuggest also lists transaction limits, bank fraud or risk decisions, gateway or connectivity problems, and cards not enabled for international transactions as decline causes. Because Ubersuggest bills in USD from a US-based merchant, your card must be able to process international charges. If you are unsure whether your Coinepay card meets this requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm before subscribing.

India e-mandate

For customers in India, Ubersuggest notes that RBI e-mandate rules can block international subscription-card payments; it offers a manual invoice through support in that case. This is a payment constraint, not a block on using the tool.

A definitive list of countries where Ubersuggest cannot be purchased, and verbatim on-screen error text, are not published — the official guide describes causes rather than quoting exact messages.

Managing, upgrading and cancelling

You can upgrade from Account & Billing → Billing. Per an upgrade guide updated September 2, 2026, monthly and annual upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and Lifetime-to-Lifetime upgrades credit the amount already paid.

To cancel, go to Account & Billing → Billing → Cancel, then complete the feedback and confirmation steps. Paid access continues through the current billing cycle and future renewals stop. Cancel a trial before its seven days end to avoid the first charge.

On refunds, processed subscription payments and Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable, and cancelling does not itself trigger a refund. Ubersuggest's terms note regional exceptions: Brazilian customers may get a refund only if they cancel within seven days of the transaction, and EU/UK customers have a stated 14-day statutory cancellation right, subject to a reasonable charge for services already supplied. Review the official terms for your situation.

FAQ

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for the Ubersuggest free trial?

Yes. Select the Monthly toggle, choose a tier and click Start My Free Trial, then enter your Coinepay card details. Billing starts automatically after seven days unless you cancel first. If your account already used its trial, you are charged immediately.

Why was my card declined at Ubersuggest checkout?

Common reasons include insufficient balance, a mistyped number/expiry/CVV, a billing address mismatch, a card not enabled for international payments, bank risk checks, or a 3-D Secure OTP that Ubersuggest's checkout cannot complete in all cases. Fix the detail and retry, or contact Coinepay support.

How much does Ubersuggest cost?

At the time of writing (October 2026), monthly USD prices were Individual $29, Business $49 and Enterprise $99, with annual and Lifetime options also advertised. Prices change and vary by region, so always confirm the amount shown at checkout and on the official pricing page.

Will my Coinepay card meet Ubersuggest's international payment requirement?

Ubersuggest bills in USD and lists cards not enabled for international transactions as a decline cause. We can't guarantee any card meets this — contact Coinepay support to confirm your card can process international charges before you subscribe.

How do I update or remove the card on my Ubersuggest account?

Go to the top-right profile avatar, then Account & Billing, then Billing, and use Update beside the payment method. Removing a stored card entirely requires contacting Ubersuggest support.
