Tensor.Art is an AI image and video generation platform where a membership and credits unlock faster generation, posting and other features. If you want to pay for it with a Coinepay virtual card, this guide walks through what you need, how to create an account, how checkout works across web and app billing, and what to check when a card is declined.

Before you start, note that Tensor.Art's own on-screen wording and payment options can change, and whether any particular merchant accepts a specific card is something only the checkout itself confirms. Use this as a practical reference and verify the live details at the point of purchase.

What you need before you pay

To complete a Tensor.Art purchase with a Coinepay card, have the following ready:

  • A verified Coinepay account. Register at Coinepay and finish identity verification (KYC) before you try to use card services. Card issuance and fund services are handled by Coinepay's licensed partner financial institutions.
  • A Coinepay virtual card. Create one in the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app (iOS / Google Play). You will see the card number, expiry date and CVV instantly.
  • Enough balance on the card to cover the plan or credit package you want, plus any taxes the checkout may add.
  • Your real billing details — name and billing address exactly as registered. Always use your genuine identity and address; do not try to work around regional or payment checks.

Tensor.Art plans and prices

Tensor.Art's paid products are not named Basic/Plus/Enterprise. On its iOS listing the products seen at the time of writing (October 2026) include a Day Pass Kit, a 30-day Pro Plan, a Quarterly subscription, a Yearly subscription, and separate credit packages. For the United States iOS listing on 18 October 2026, the figures shown were:

ProductUS iOS price (Oct 2026)
Day Pass Kit$1.00
30-day Pro Plan$9.90
Quarterly subscription$21.90
Yearly subscription$69.90
Credit packages (3k / 10k / 30k)$9.90 / $29.90 / $59.90

Prices, taxes, eligibility and promotions vary by region and by whether you buy on the web or through an app store, and the amount at checkout can differ from a store listing. Older Tensor.Art announcements listed different figures, so do not rely on memory. Always confirm the current price on Tensor.Art's official site or in its app before you buy. Note that Pro status and credits are shared between the app and the website, but TensorHub tokens are a separate balance and are not a Tensor.Art plan tier.

Step by step: create your account and pay

  1. Create your Coinepay card. Open the Coinepay app or dashboard, generate a virtual card, and make sure it has enough balance for the product you want.
  2. Sign in to Tensor.Art. Go to Tensor.Art's login page. You can sign in with Google, Discord, or email. An account is required to generate, post and purchase.
  3. Review the membership details first. Tensor.Art recommends reviewing membership details on its website before buying. Open the pricing or membership page and confirm the exact product, period and price for your region.
  4. Choose your product. Select the Day Pass Kit, a Pro subscription period, or a credit package that fits your needs.
  5. Select a card payment option. At checkout, Tensor.Art has referenced PayerMax payment options for web purchases (it has also mentioned Stripe previously), and an in-app purchase route on iOS. The exact processors and methods selectable today vary by checkout. Choose the card option and enter your Coinepay card number, expiry and CVV.
  6. Enter billing details and confirm. Type your billing address exactly as it is on your Coinepay profile. If prompted, complete any 3-D Secure verification step (see below).
  7. Keep the confirmation. After payment succeeds, your Pro status or credits should appear in your Tensor.Art account across web and app.

If you subscribe through an app store instead

If you buy inside the TensorArt iOS app, the purchase is billed by Apple and your card is charged through your Apple Account's payment method rather than entered on Tensor.Art directly. Apple's accepted methods are listed by Apple, not by Tensor.Art. Similarly, a Google Play subscription is billed by Google. Whether a Coinepay card can be added as the payment method in those stores depends on the store's own acceptance rules — add and verify the card in the store's payment settings before subscribing.

Troubleshooting: card declined

One user reported the message "payment was declined" with an instruction to contact the card issuer, and others have reported cards being rejected or checkout returning them to the merchant. A single message rarely tells you the exact cause, so work through these common ones:

Insufficient balance

Confirm your Coinepay card holds enough to cover the full price plus any tax the checkout adds. Top up in the Coinepay app and try again. Subscriptions renew automatically, so keep a balance available before each renewal date.

Billing address mismatch

If the address you type does not match what is on file for the card, the payment can fail an address check. Enter your billing details exactly as registered in Coinepay. Do not use a made-up address.

3-D Secure / extra verification

Some card payments require an additional confirmation step. Watch for a verification prompt during checkout and complete it through the Coinepay app. If you miss or close it, the charge may be declined — restart checkout and finish the step.

Merchant or region checks

Tensor.Art has acknowledged a payment-channel bug in the past and suggested trying another PayerMax method or buying through its iOS app; whether that specific issue is still active is not confirmed. Payment can also be blocked by the processor's own region or risk checks. If one route fails, try another supported payment option or the app-store route. Tensor.Art does not publish a definitive list of accepted card brands or confirm that it accepts prepaid or virtual cards for web checkout, so acceptance is not guaranteed in advance.

If you are unsure whether your card meets a specific requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card details before you buy, rather than assuming it will work.

Still stuck?

If payments keep failing, reach out to Coinepay support or our Telegram to check your card status, balance and any verification prompts. For issues clearly on Tensor.Art's side (such as a checkout error or payment-page bug), contact Tensor.Art through its own support channels.

Managing, cancelling and refunds

Where you manage the subscription depends on how it was billed:

  • Web-billed: one user reported finding billing under PRO → Manage, where the saved method appeared as a processor name; whether that path still lets you change a saved card is not confirmed.
  • Apple-billed: manage renewal in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Tensor.Art asks users to turn off renewal at least 24 hours before expiry.
  • Google-Play-billed: go to Google Play → Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel subscription.

Tensor.Art's membership terms describe memberships as automatically renewing and say that unused benefits, voluntary non-use, account termination under its rules, and ordinary feature changes are not grounds for a membership-fee refund. Separately, from 27 November 2025, credits spent on generations blocked by its SFW restrictions are non-refundable. For store-billed purchases, request any eligible refund through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com process or Google Play's refund process, where eligibility depends on circumstances and timing. Review the current terms on Tensor.Art's official site before you subscribe.

Want a dedicated card just for this subscription? With Coinepay you can create a separate virtual card and set its own spending limit, which makes it easy to track recurring charges and keep your AI tools on their own budget. Learn more at the Coinepay site.

FAQ

Which Tensor.Art plans can I pay for with a Coinepay card?

You can attempt any paid product at checkout — the Day Pass Kit, 30-day Pro Plan, Quarterly or Yearly subscription, or a credit package. Prices and taxes vary by region and by whether you buy on the web or through an app store, so confirm the current amount on Tensor.Art's official site before paying.

Does Tensor.Art accept virtual or prepaid cards?

Tensor.Art does not publish a definitive list of accepted card brands or confirm acceptance of prepaid or virtual cards for web checkout, so acceptance is not guaranteed in advance. Try the payment at checkout, and contact Coinepay support if you want to confirm your card details beforehand.

Why was my card declined on Tensor.Art?

Common causes include insufficient card balance, a billing address that does not match your card record, an incomplete 3-D Secure verification step, or processor region and risk checks. Check each of these, make sure your Coinepay balance covers the full price plus tax, and try another supported payment option if one fails.

Where do I cancel a Tensor.Art subscription?

It depends on billing: web subscriptions are managed under PRO → Manage, Apple subscriptions under iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, and Google Play subscriptions under Google Play → Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel. Tensor.Art asks you to turn off renewal at least 24 hours before expiry.

Can I get a refund from Tensor.Art?

Tensor.Art's terms state that unused benefits, non-use, account termination under its rules and ordinary feature changes are not grounds for a membership-fee refund, and spent credits can be non-refundable. For app-store purchases, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund process, where eligibility depends on circumstances and timing.
