PixVerse is an AI image and video platform, and its paid plans are billed online in US dollars. If you want to keep your AI subscriptions on a dedicated card with its own spending limit, a Coinepay virtual card gives you an instant card number, expiry date and CVV to use at checkout. This guide walks through what you need, how to subscribe, and how to work through a declined payment.

Before you start

A few things make PixVerse checkout go smoothly:

  • A verified Coinepay account. Register at Coinepay and complete identity verification (KYC) before you try to create a card. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions, so this step is required. You can manage everything from the 24/7 dashboard or the Coinepay app for iOS and Android.
  • A funded card. Load enough to cover the plan you choose plus any taxes or currency conversion that may apply. Check your available balance in the app.
  • Your real billing details. Use the name and billing address tied to your Coinepay card. Mismatched details are a common reason for a decline.
  • A PixVerse account. PixVerse's terms require you to register and complete the sign-up steps before using the service.

PixVerse says service and feature availability varies by country or region and makes no promise that every service is available everywhere. It does not publish a country-by-country list of Web checkout exclusions, so if you are unsure whether PixVerse is available where you are, check its official site. Coinepay's virtual-asset-related services are not available to residents of mainland China, and some services are not available in every jurisdiction.

Pick the right PixVerse plan

On the PixVerse Web subscribe page you'll see a free tier and several paid plans. At the time of writing (October 2026) the official plan names are Basic, Standard, Pro, Premium, Ultra, Team Ultra and Enterprise. Basic is free ($0/month) with 60 initial credits and 30 daily credits. The yearly view listed prices such as:

PlanAdvertised yearly billing
StandardUS$8/month billed US$96 yearly
ProUS$24/month billed US$288 yearly
PremiumUS$48/month billed US$576 yearly
UltraUS$149/month billed US$1,788 yearly
Team UltraUS$149 per seat/month billed US$1,788 per seat yearly
EnterpriseStarting from US$100 (interval not specified)

The page also offers a Monthly toggle and shows higher comparison rates, but the exact amount charged monthly can differ from the figures above, and prices vary by region. Always confirm the current total on the official PixVerse subscribe page before you pay. PixVerse also sells one-time credit packs (for example 500/$5, 2,000/$20, 5,000/$50 and 10,000/$100).

Note that PixVerse's API platform (at platform.pixverse.ai) has its own plans — Essential, Scale and Business — and its documentation states API memberships and credits are separate from PixVerse Web memberships. The PixVerse Lite mobile app sold through Apple's App Store is also a separate product with its own store-set prices, not a localized version of the Web plans.

Create your Coinepay virtual card

  1. Sign in to the Coinepay dashboard or app.
  2. Open the card section and create a new virtual card. Your card number, expiry date and CVV are issued instantly.
  3. Set a spending limit that comfortably covers your chosen PixVerse plan. If you manage several AI tools, a dedicated card per service keeps billing clean.
  4. Top up so the available balance is higher than the checkout total.

Whether any particular merchant accepts a given card depends on the merchant. If you want to confirm your card meets PixVerse's requirements before you buy, contact Coinepay support.

Subscribe on PixVerse step by step

  1. Sign in to your PixVerse account and open the Subscribe page.
  2. Choose Yearly or Monthly and select your plan (for example Standard or Pro).
  3. Click Subscribe on that plan card.
  4. At the payment step, enter your Coinepay card number, expiry date and CVV, plus the billing name and address tied to the card.
  5. Review the amount, currency and billing interval shown before you confirm.
  6. If your bank or card issuer prompts a 3-D Secure confirmation, complete it in the Coinepay app, then submit.

For the separate API platform, the flow is different: sign in at platform.pixverse.ai, open Billing in the left sidebar, choose a plan, click Subscribe, enter payment details and confirm. You can view usage and cancel there.

If your card is declined

PixVerse processes card payments through Stripe for its documented flows. A decline usually comes from the card or the details entered rather than from the plan itself. Work through these checks:

Insufficient balance

Confirm your Coinepay card holds more than the exact checkout total, including any tax or currency-conversion amount. Top up and retry.

Billing address mismatch

The billing name and address must match what's on file for your Coinepay card. Re-enter them exactly as they appear in the Coinepay app.

3-D Secure not completed

If an authentication prompt appears and times out, the charge fails. Keep the Coinepay app open and approve the request promptly, then try again.

Merchant or network region checks

PixVerse availability varies by country or region. Separately, as a payment-network rule, Visa and Mastercard state that cards issued by Russian banks cannot operate on their international networks outside Russia, which can block an overseas purchase. In India, RBI's recurring-payment rules require extra authentication to set up an e-mandate and for the first charge, so a recurring subscription may need that step to complete.

Repeated "payment failed" emails

PixVerse has told a customer that repeated declined-payment notices may point to another active subscription or an incomplete cancellation on the billed account. If you get these, check whether an older subscription is still active and cancel it from the Subscribe page.

If a charge keeps failing after these checks, contact Coinepay support to confirm the card is active, or email PixVerse support for merchant-side issues.

Managing, cancelling and refunds

For a Web subscription, PixVerse directs you to the Subscribe page to cancel — deleting your account does not cancel the subscription automatically. If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel under that store's Subscriptions → Manage Subscription, and request any app-purchase refund from the store.

PixVerse's Web refund FAQ allows a full refund only for an unused subscription still within its validity period. Expired subscriptions (even unused) are ineligible, partial refunds aren't supported, and purchased credit packs are non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with generated results alone is not a refund ground. Web refund inquiries go to [email protected] with your registered email, account ID, receipt and purchased-product details.

Cancelling at PixVerse stops future billing but does not close your Coinepay card. If you ever want to make sure nothing can bill the card again, set its spending limit to zero or remove it in the Coinepay app. You can always create a new virtual card for your next subscription from the Coinepay dashboard.

FAQ

Which PixVerse plan should I pick?

Basic is free with 60 initial and 30 daily credits. Paid tiers at the time of writing (October 2026) include Standard, Pro, Premium, Ultra, Team Ultra and Enterprise, billed in US dollars. Prices and availability vary by region, so confirm the current total on the official PixVerse subscribe page before paying.

Will PixVerse accept my Coinepay virtual card?

Whether any merchant accepts a specific card depends on the merchant. PixVerse processes card payments through Stripe but does not publish the exact card types accepted at Web checkout. To confirm your card meets the requirement before you buy, contact Coinepay support.

Why does my PixVerse payment keep getting declined?

Common causes are insufficient card balance, a billing address that doesn't match your card, an incomplete 3-D Secure confirmation, or region and network restrictions. Check each, keep the Coinepay app open to approve authentication, and retry. Repeated failure emails may mean another subscription is still active.

How do I cancel my PixVerse subscription?

For a Web subscription, cancel on the PixVerse Subscribe page; deleting your account does not cancel it. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel under that store's Subscriptions then Manage Subscription.

Can I get a refund from PixVerse?

PixVerse's Web refund FAQ allows a full refund only for an unused subscription still within its validity period. Expired subscriptions are ineligible, partial refunds aren't supported, and credit packs are non-refundable. Email [email protected] with your registered email, account ID and receipt.
