OSN+ is a streaming service built for the Middle East and North Africa, with Arabic and international series, films and live content. If you want to pay for it directly rather than through an app store or your mobile operator, you can use a Coinepay virtual card at checkout. This guide walks through what you need, how OSN+ sign-up and billing work, and what to do if a payment is declined.
Before you start, note one important rule: OSN+ ties your subscription to your country of residence. If your account is linked to a purchase made in another country, you may see a "Service restricted to the purchase country" message. Use your real identity and real billing details, and subscribe in the country where you actually live.
What you need before you subscribe
- A verified Coinepay account. Register at Coinepay, complete identity verification (KYC), and issue a virtual card. You will get a card number, expiry date and CVV instantly in the dashboard or the iOS app / Android app.
- Enough balance on the card to cover the first charge and future automatic renewals, since OSN+ subscriptions renew automatically.
- An OSN+ account with a verified email address or phone number. OSN+ confirms your email or phone with a code during sign-up.
- Your real billing details — name, address and country — matching the records on your Coinepay profile.
OSN+ plans at a glance
OSN+ offers three tiers so you can match features to your budget:
| Plan | Streams | Key features |
|---|---|---|
| Standard with Ads (HD) | 2 | Ads shown; no downloads |
| Standard (HD) | 2 | Downloads available |
| Premium (4K) | 4 | Downloads; Dolby Atmos; 4K |
OSN+ describes both monthly and yearly billing, and says a yearly plan costs the equivalent of ten monthly payments. Prices vary by country and currency. As examples of operator-billed rates at the time of writing (October 2026), OSN+'s UAE guide lists Standard at AED 48.99/month and Premium at AED 64.99/month (VAT included), and its Saudi Arabia guide lists Standard at SAR 48.99/month and Premium at SAR 69.99/month. These are operator prices and may differ from direct-checkout prices, which were not published in a form we could confirm. Always check the current figure on the OSN+ subscription page for your country before you confirm.
Step-by-step: subscribe and pay with your Coinepay card
- Open the OSN+ subscription page or app. On the website, go to the subscribe page for your country; in the app, sign in or create an account.
- Verify your contact details. Enter your email address or phone number and type in the code OSN+ sends to confirm it.
- Choose your plan. Select Standard with Ads, Standard or Premium, and pick a monthly or yearly interval.
- Select a direct card as your payment method. Among the listed routes — direct credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Apple App Store, Google Play and mobile-operator billing — choose the direct credit/debit card option so you can enter card details yourself.
- Enter your Coinepay virtual card details. Copy the card number, expiry date and CVV from your Coinepay dashboard or app, and fill in the billing name and address exactly as held on your Coinepay profile.
- Complete any 3-D Secure step. If your bank prompts for verification, approve it in the Coinepay app.
- Confirm and check your access. After the charge succeeds, your subscription activates. If you have a voucher, OSN+ also provides a voucher-code field on the subscription page.
A note on accepted cards
OSN+ explicitly names Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards and refers to "other major cards." Whether any specific other network, a prepaid card, or a foreign-issued card is accepted is not confirmed by OSN+. Coinepay does not publish, in this guide, which network your card runs on, so do not assume it meets OSN+'s requirement. If you are unsure, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card details before you buy. If a direct card is not accepted in your region, remember that Apple Pay, app-store billing and mobile-operator billing are also offered by OSN+.
Troubleshooting: why a card payment is declined
Insufficient balance
OSN+ notes that a payment method which has run out of credit can leave amounts unpaid, and failed renewal collections may be retried, then suspended, and eventually terminated. Top up your Coinepay card so it covers the full charge, including any applicable tax, then retry.
Billing address or name mismatch
If the name and billing address you type at OSN+ checkout do not match what is on file for your card, the payment can fail. Re-enter the details exactly as they appear in your Coinepay profile.
3-D Secure not completed
If an authentication prompt appears and times out or is dismissed, the charge is rejected. Start the payment again and approve the verification request promptly in the Coinepay app.
Region and "purchase country" checks
OSN+ requires your plan to match your country of residence and will not stream outside its service locations. If you see "Service restricted to the purchase country," your account is linked to a purchase in a different country. OSN+ warns against buying through another region to get a lower price. Subscribe in your own country with your real details; do not try to work around regional checks.
Expired card
OSN+ says an expired payment method can leave amounts unpaid. If your virtual card has expired, update it under Settings → Manage Your Subscription → payment settings/billing information, where you can replace the number, expiry date and CVV.
Paid but no access
If a charge went through but your subscription is inactive, OSN+ advises direct-card and Apple Pay customers to confirm they are signed in to the account linked to the payment, then contact OSN+ support with transaction evidence. Store customers can use Settings → Subscriptions → Restore Purchase.
Managing your subscription and payment method
To change the card on a directly billed subscription, sign in and go to Settings → Manage Your Subscription → payment settings/billing information. To switch to a completely different payment method, OSN+ instructs customers to cancel, let the paid period expire, and then subscribe again with the new method. Apple- and Google-billed customers manage their payment details in the respective store.
You can cancel a direct-card subscription at My Library → Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app, or Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription on the website. App Store and Google Play purchases must be cancelled in those stores, and some operator purchases through the operator. OSN+ advises cancelling at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, and OSN+ states it does not provide cancellation, credit or prorated refunds unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Tips for smooth renewals
- Keep your Coinepay card funded ahead of each renewal date so an auto-renewal does not fail.
- Set a reminder a few days before renewal if you are deciding whether to keep the plan.
- Manage your card 24/7 from the Coinepay dashboard or app; questions about your card can go to Coinepay support or the Coinepay Telegram.
With a verified account and a funded virtual card, paying for OSN+ is a matter of choosing your plan, entering your real billing details and completing any security check. Create your card from the Coinepay dashboard whenever you are ready.
