Lensa AI: Photo Editor offers paid photo-editing features through subscriptions purchased on its website, the App Store or Google Play. This guide explains how to prepare a Coinepay virtual card, choose the right checkout and troubleshoot a payment that does not go through. Card acceptance depends on the checkout and its payment checks, so review the offer shown to you before confirming.

What you need before paying

  • A Coinepay account: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions.
  • Your virtual card details: Coinepay provides a card number, expiry date and CVV. Find the card in the Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard, and check the available funds before starting checkout.
  • Your own billing details: Use your real name and the billing address associated with your payment details. Do not change your account region or enter an invented address to get around a checkout restriction.
  • A Lensa login you can keep using: Lensa supports email, Apple and Google sign-in. Note which method you use: Lensa says subscription access is linked to the app login used at purchase, even if another platform processes the payment.

Availability and payment options can differ by jurisdiction. If you need to confirm whether your card can be used for a particular checkout, contact Coinepay support before buying. Coinepay does not serve sanctioned persons or residents of jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions, and some services are not available in every jurisdiction.

Choose the Lensa purchase you actually want

Lensa has a Free Version and describes its paid offering as a Premium Version; its help material also uses the term Pro subscription. Look at the offer displayed in your account rather than assuming a label identifies a separate tier. Lensa documents weekly, monthly and annual subscription periods, although the options presented at checkout may vary.

Check the billing period, total due, any applicable tax, trial terms and renewal amount on the final purchase screen. For context, at the time of writing (October 2026), the US iOS App Store listed an item named Unlimited Access (1 Week) at $2.99. That listing is not a live quote for your account: check Lensa’s official pricing information and your checkout screen for the current offer.

A subscription does not necessarily include unlimited Magic Avatar packs or other virtual items. Lensa also describes Magic Tokens, which may be included with a subscription or sold separately and generally do not roll over. Read the terms attached to any additional purchase before approving it.

Step by step: pay through Lensa’s website

Lensa’s terms list credit or debit card, PayPal and any other method offered at its website checkout. The exact sequence of checkout screens can change; the steps below focus on the decisions and details you need to verify.

  1. Open Lensa’s official website and sign in or create an account using your chosen email, Apple or Google login. Keep a record of that login method.
  2. Find the subscription offer available to your account. Review its billing period, what is included, any trial and the amount that will be charged or renewed.
  3. If the checkout offers a card-payment option, enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV. Enter your real billing information accurately.
  4. Check the final amount and renewal terms. If the checkout requests payment authentication, complete the prompt through the method it presents; do not repeatedly submit the purchase while an authentication step is pending.
  5. After confirmation, check the purchase result in Lensa and retain the receipt. Sign in to the Lensa app with the same login method used for the purchase to look for your subscription access.

If card payment is not offered to you, or the checkout rejects your card, do not assume another payment route will accept it. Choose only a payment method legitimately available to your account, or ask Coinepay support to help you check the card-side issue.

Step by step: pay in the iPhone or Android app

An in-app purchase is billed through the applicable Apple or Google account, not by typing card details into a Lensa website form. Available store payment methods depend on the account and country. If your store account permits adding the Coinepay card, follow that store’s payment-method instructions, then return to Lensa.

  1. Install Lensa from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the email, Apple or Google login you intend to keep using.
  2. Open the subscription offer in Lensa. Compare the Free Version with the paid features and review the period, price, trial conditions and any separately priced items.
  3. At the Apple or Google purchase prompt, verify the payment method and total shown for that store account. Complete any store-required confirmation.
  4. Wait for the store’s purchase result and keep its receipt. Return to Lensa using the same app login. If paid features still appear locked, first check the login and whether the store purchase completed.

Do not infer that adding a card to a store account guarantees approval for a Lensa purchase. Store policies, account settings and card checks can affect the result.

If your card is declined or the purchase fails

Start by identifying where the failure occurred: Lensa’s website, an Apple purchase prompt or a Google Play purchase prompt. A failed payment is not proof that the subscription is active; check for a receipt and an active subscription before trying again.

  • Insufficient available funds: Check the available funds in Coinepay against the amount shown at checkout, including any displayed tax. If you need information about funding options, check the Coinepay app or contact support. A trial may also require a valid payment method for its later renewal.
  • Billing-address mismatch: Compare the real billing name and address entered at checkout with the details held for your payment account. Correct a typo rather than using another person’s details or an address in a different region.
  • 3-D Secure or other authentication: If the checkout presents a verification step, follow its instructions and check whether it timed out or was cancelled. If you cannot complete it, ask Coinepay support what to check for your card; do not assume every purchase uses the same authentication process.
  • Merchant or store region checks: Confirm that your Lensa offer and Apple or Google payment method are available for your actual account country. Lensa’s terms exclude users in a US-embargoed country or region and relevant denied parties. A virtual card does not override Lensa’s terms, store rules or local restrictions.
  • iOS says “something went wrong”: Lensa identifies in-app-purchase restrictions and outdated or incorrect App Store payment details as possible causes of this message. Check your Apple account’s purchase permissions and payment information before trying again.

If the issue persists, note the checkout channel, approximate time and exact on-screen message. Contact the relevant store or Lensa for a purchase or account-access issue; contact Coinepay support for help investigating a card payment. Avoid sharing your full card number or CVV in a support message unless you are using an appropriately secure channel requested by the provider.

Manage renewal, cancellation and refunds

Manage a subscription where you purchased it. For a Lensa website purchase, sign in and go to My Account → Manage Account. For an Apple purchase, use your Apple Account subscription settings; Lensa also points to Settings → Manage Subscriptions in its app. For Google Play, open the Play Store’s Subscriptions section.

Cancel before a trial expires or a subscription renews if you do not want the next charge. An eligible trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled in time. Cancelling a paid subscription generally leaves access until the paid period ends; uninstalling Lensa does not cancel it.

For a refund on an App Store or Google Play purchase, submit the request to the respective store. Lensa says website subscription charges are generally non-refundable, although it may make an exception for a request within 14 calendar days of the transaction, counting trial time, or where law requires it. Its policy also sets out separate exclusions for paid trials and purchases of Tokens or other virtual items. Check the policy applicable to your purchase before relying on a refund.

FAQ

Can I type my Coinepay card details directly into Lensa?

Lensa lists card payment for its website checkout. In the iPhone or Android app, payment goes through your Apple or Google account, where available payment methods depend on your account and country.

Why does Lensa ask me to pay again after I subscribed?

Check that the purchase completed and that you signed in to Lensa with the same email, Apple or Google login used when you bought the subscription.

Does a Lensa subscription include Magic Avatars?

Do not assume every Magic Avatar pack is included. Some packs and other virtual items can require a separate in-app purchase; check the offer before paying.

Does deleting Lensa cancel my subscription?

No. Cancel through My Account → Manage Account for a website purchase, Apple Account subscription settings for an Apple purchase, or Play Store Subscriptions for a Google Play purchase.
