You can start using Gamma on its Free plan, then enter a Coinepay virtual card when you upgrade a workspace. This guide covers what to check before paying, Gamma’s sign-up and checkout steps, and what to do if a card payment is declined.

Before you subscribe

Create a Gamma account using your real information and choose the workspace you want to upgrade. New accounts start on Free; Gamma says no card is required to sign up and describes 400 initial credits. An upgrade is a paid subscription, not the start of a time-limited Free trial.

To use Coinepay card services, register and complete identity verification first. Your virtual card’s number, expiry date, and CVV are available after issuance in Coinepay. Check the card and available funds in the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard before opening Gamma’s checkout. Leave room for the full amount Gamma shows at checkout, including any applicable tax. If you need to confirm a card limit or a funding detail, check the app or contact Coinepay support.

Gamma names Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra as its individual tiers. It also offers Business and Enterprise for organizations. At the time of writing (October 2026), Gamma’s indexed USD pricing listed Plus at $9, Pro at $18, and Ultra at $90 per seat per month when billed annually. Those figures correspond to annual charges of $108, $216, and $1,080 per seat, respectively, before any additional tax. They are not month-to-month prices. Check Gamma’s official pricing page and the checkout total for current pricing in your location. Business is presented as a self-serve, annually billed per-member plan; Enterprise requires contacting Gamma’s sales team.

Gamma lists major credit and debit cards among its payment methods, as well as UPI in India and GoPay in Indonesia. That list does not establish whether a particular Coinepay card will pass Gamma’s checkout. Use your real billing details and follow any eligibility requirements Gamma displays; do not change your location or address to bypass a payment check.

How to sign up and pay for Gamma

  1. Get your Coinepay card ready. Register with Coinepay if you have not already, complete identity verification, and locate your virtual card’s number, expiry date, and CVV in the app or dashboard. Check that sufficient funds are available for the total you expect to authorize.
  2. Sign in to Gamma. Create an account on Gamma if needed. From the dashboard, select the workspace you intend to pay for. Gamma’s Free plan lets you begin without entering a card.
  3. Open the upgrade flow. In that workspace, go to Settings & members → Overview → Upgrade your workspace.
  4. Select a plan and billing period. Compare the features you need, choose the available monthly or annual billing option, and review the number of seats if relevant. Do not mistake a per-seat monthly equivalent under annual billing for a monthly charge. Review the amount, billing frequency, tax, and renewal terms shown in Gamma’s checkout.
  5. Enter payment and billing details. Copy the card number, expiry date, and CVV from Coinepay into Gamma’s payment form. Enter your real billing name and address accurately. If checkout asks for additional verification, complete it through the legitimate prompt rather than repeatedly submitting the form.
  6. Confirm the purchase. Select Subscribe only after checking the final details. Gamma says upgraded access and the billing cycle begin immediately. Return to your workspace to check its plan status, and keep the confirmation or invoice for your records.

If you are buying for an organization, Gamma presents Business as a self-serve option through its pricing page with an admin account and annual per-member billing. Enterprise follows a sales-led process rather than the individual checkout above. Check the relevant offer before entering card details.

What to do if Gamma declines your card

First, check whether Gamma shows a specific message. Its payment guidance documents a “contact support” message that may indicate a bank decline; it also identifies incorrect card details and blocks on online or international transactions as possible causes. A decline does not, by itself, identify which of these applies. Avoid repeated attempts without changing or checking anything.

  • Insufficient available funds: Compare the available amount shown in Coinepay with Gamma’s actual checkout total, not just a plan’s advertised monthly equivalent. Annual billing charges for the year, and tax may increase the total. If funds are insufficient, resolve that in Coinepay before retrying.
  • Card-detail or billing-address mismatch: Re-enter the number, expiry date, and CVV carefully. Check that the billing name and address you supplied are your real details and are consistent with the details associated with your payment method. Correct typos; do not invent an address to make checkout proceed.
  • 3-D Secure or another verification prompt: If a verification step appears, complete it through the prompt presented during checkout. If it closes, expires, or fails, check the Coinepay app for any action or notice before making another attempt. Ask Coinepay support for help if you cannot complete card verification. Do not assume every Gamma checkout will show the same authentication step.
  • Online, international, or region checks: Gamma’s documented guidance notes that an issuer may block online or international transactions. Merchant and payment-provider checks can also affect whether a transaction proceeds. Confirm that your real account, billing details, and location meet Gamma’s checkout requirements. If Gamma displays a location or payment-method restriction, use an eligible method or contact support rather than trying to work around it.

If the details and funds look correct but the card still fails, contact Coinepay support with the time, amount, and exact error message, without sharing your full card number or CVV in an ordinary message. You can also ask Gamma support about the checkout message or use another payment method Gamma offers in your location. Approval of any particular payment cannot be guaranteed.

Manage billing after subscribing

For a paid Gamma workspace, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription in Stripe to find controls for your payment method, billing details, and invoices. If you do not see the Billing tab, check whether you have selected the workspace that actually holds the paid subscription; a Free workspace may not show it.

To stop renewal, Gamma directs users to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Only the billing admin may be able to cancel. Gamma says paid access continues until the end of the current term, after which the workspace moves to Free without deleting its content. Its cancellation guidance says to cancel at least 30 days before renewal, or within 30 days of an auto-renewal notice. Check your own renewal date and act early.

Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Gamma’s refund guidance, effective December 1, 2025, describes a support-requested full refund within three days of subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, subject to plan-credit usage: fewer than 200 credits for Plus, 600 for Pro, 1,000 for Business, or 2,000 for Ultra. Gamma says it generally does not refund after three days except where required by law. Its Terms state that purchases are non-refundable, while the more specific refund guidance describes this limited exception; check Gamma’s current policy and contact Gamma support promptly if you want to request a refund. Simply cancelling does not submit one.

No. New Gamma accounts start on Free without a card. You enter payment details when upgrading a workspace.

Where do I enter my Coinepay virtual card in Gamma?

Open the workspace, then go to Settings & members → Overview → Upgrade your workspace. Choose a plan and billing period, enter your card details at checkout, and select Subscribe after reviewing the total.

Why does Gamma show “contact support” when I pay?

Gamma says this message may indicate a bank decline. Check your card details and available funds, then contact Coinepay support if the problem persists.

Where can I change the card for an existing Gamma subscription?

In the paid workspace, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription in Stripe. If Billing is missing, check that you selected the charged workspace.
