Qatar Airways Privilege Club Pro is a paid Avios subscription, separate from booking flights and from Privilege Club status tiers. If you want to use a Coinepay virtual card, this guide walks through choosing a package, reviewing the Pro checkout and handling common payment problems. Whether a particular card can be used is determined at checkout, so review the order before submitting it.
What you need before you start
- A Privilege Club Main Member account. Join Privilege Club or sign in to your existing account. A Family Member cannot purchase Pro, and a member can have only one active Pro subscription.
- A Coinepay account with identity verification completed. Register for Coinepay and complete KYC before using its card services. You can manage your card through the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay app on iOS and Google Play.
- Your virtual card details and enough available funds. Coinepay issues a virtual card number, expiry date and CVV instantly. Check your available balance in Coinepay before ordering, allowing for the full checkout total rather than only the advertised package price.
- Your real account and billing information. Enter details that accurately belong to you. Do not change your country, address or identity to try to bypass a checkout restriction.
Availability of a Qatar Airways Pro checkout in a particular location does not establish that every local card will be eligible. If you need to confirm a card requirement before funding it for this purchase, contact Coinepay support. Check the Pro checkout itself for the payment options offered to you; Qatar Airways’ payment-options page for flight bookings is not a list of Pro subscription payment methods.
Choose a Privilege Club Pro package
Pro has four packages: Access, Select, Exclusive and Ultimate. Each offers a monthly or annual payment plan. The following advertised USD prices appeared on the Qatar Airways Pro page at the time of writing (October 2026). Check the official Qatar Airways Privilege Club Pro page and your checkout total before ordering; applicable VAT or other taxes are not included in the subscription-platform prices.
| Package | Monthly plan | Annual plan | Monthly allocation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Access | USD 50 | USD 500 | 2,500 Avios |
| Select | USD 130 | USD 1,300 | 7,500 Avios |
| Exclusive | USD 240 | USD 2,400 | 15,000 Avios |
| Ultimate | USD 350 | USD 3,500 | 20,000 Avios and 5 Qpoints |
An annual plan charges its annual fee upfront, even though its allocation is credited monthly. Consider both the upfront amount and the cancellation rules before selecting annual billing. The prices above are not a promise of your final charge: review any taxes and the amount displayed for your order.
How to sign up and try paying with your Coinepay card
- Prepare your card. Sign in to Coinepay and locate your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV in the dashboard or app. Check the available funds against the expected checkout total. Keep the card details private.
- Open Privilege Club Pro. On the Qatar Airways website or app, find the Privilege Club Pro page. Join Privilege Club if you have not already, or sign in as the Main Member who will hold the subscription.
- Select your package and billing period. Choose Access, Select, Exclusive or Ultimate, then monthly or annual payment. The package buttons may take you to a Points sign-in flow. Follow the sign-in prompts presented there rather than starting a flight booking.
- Review the order. Check the package, billing period, member account and full amount, including any applicable taxes. Qatar Airways says you can review and amend an order before submitting it. If anything is wrong or missing, correct it before proceeding.
- Enter the card details if card payment is offered. Use your Coinepay card number, expiry date and CVV in the relevant payment fields. Supply your genuine billing details where requested. If an additional payment-verification step appears, follow its on-screen instructions; do not assume the order succeeded merely because you entered the card number.
- Submit and check for confirmation. Qatar Airways says the subscription contract begins when it emails a subscription confirmation. Look for that email and check your subscription in your account before trying again after an uncertain checkout result.
Pro payments are processed by Points.com. Payment is taken in advance when the order is processed and on or around each renewal date. Keep enough funds available for future renewals if you intend to maintain the subscription. If your checkout does not offer a way to use your card, do not treat a flight-ticket payment option as evidence that it applies to Pro.
What to check if your card payment is declined
The steps below are diagnostic checks, not confirmed Qatar Airways Pro error codes or a guarantee that a retry will succeed. Start by checking whether an order confirmation arrived; repeated submissions after an uncertain result could create confusion.
- Insufficient available balance: Compare your available funds with the final checkout total, including any applicable tax. An annual plan requires the annual fee upfront. Check your Coinepay balance and add funds through the options available to you before retrying.
- Incorrect card or billing information: Recheck the number, expiry date and CVV, then compare the billing information you entered with your real details. Qatar Airways’ Pro terms say an order may fail when required information is incorrect or incomplete. Correct the entry rather than substituting an invented address.
- Payment authentication or 3-D Secure: If checkout presents an authentication prompt, finish that step within the time shown and return to the order result. If a prompt does not appear, expires or fails, ask Coinepay support what happened on the card side and ask Qatar Airways or the checkout provider about the order status. Do not assume a particular authentication flow will be available for your card.
- Merchant region or card-eligibility checks: A page being visible in your region does not establish that your account and payment method will pass checkout checks. Use your actual country and billing details. If checkout reports an eligibility or region problem, ask Qatar Airways about its Pro requirements and contact Coinepay support to check your card before trying again.
If Coinepay shows a charge but you have no subscription confirmation, gather the transaction details and ask Qatar Airways to check the Pro order before placing another one. If the subscription is confirmed but a later renewal fails, address the payment issue promptly: the Pro terms say an unpaid renewal can lead to suspension after notice and 15 calendar days without payment. For an unresolved card-side issue, use Coinepay support.
Manage or cancel your subscription
After signing in to Qatar Airways, go to My Subscription to find the cancel-subscription option. Its linked account-management page handles monthly-package upgrades and downgrades. If you need to replace a payment card, check the controls available in your subscription account or ask Qatar Airways where to make that change; do not assume cancelling is required.
A first-time subscriber can withdraw within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund if the deposited Avios and benefits have not been used. Outside that cooling-off right, monthly plans have a three-month minimum commitment. An annual plan cancelled during its prepaid term ordinarily has no refund, although access continues until the term ends. The Pro terms also describe specific exceptions involving a forthcoming change, prolonged suspension, or a price or description error. Read the current Qatar Airways terms before cancelling, especially if you have already used any benefits.
