You can enter a Coinepay virtual card when buying a GoDaddy product, provided card payment is available for your purchase and GoDaddy accepts the transaction. This guide covers what to prepare, how to complete checkout, and what to check if payment fails. GoDaddy sells domains, hosting, email and website tools, so confirm the terms of the specific item in your cart rather than assuming every product has the same billing or refund rules.

What you need before checkout

  • A Coinepay account ready to use: Register and complete identity verification before using card services. You can manage your card in the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app. After issuance, its card number, expiry date and CVV are available immediately.
  • Enough available funds: Check the full cart total, not just an advertised monthly equivalent. Your order may include an annual charge, taxes or other items. Check the Coinepay app for your available funds and any card settings relevant to the purchase.
  • Your real account and billing details: Use your own name and accurate billing information. Have the card details and the billing address associated with the card ready to enter.
  • The right GoDaddy product: Decide whether you are buying a domain, hosting or another service. If you want Airo AI Builder, do not confuse it with the classic Websites + Marketing builder or Airo for WordPress; they are separate products with different plans.

GoDaddy’s available payment methods vary by country, currency and purchase. Its listed card options differ across local checkouts, so use the methods displayed in your cart as your guide. A listed card option does not establish that any particular virtual card will be approved. If a displayed card-type or country-of-issue requirement raises a question about your card, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether it meets that requirement before you buy.

How to sign up and pay at GoDaddy

  1. Create or sign in to your GoDaddy account. Visit GoDaddy’s official site and use your real account details. Browse for the domain, hosting package or other product you intend to purchase.
  2. Choose the exact product and term. Read its pricing page, renewal information and any terms shown before adding it to your cart. Prices vary by region and product; GoDaddy’s official pricing page and your cart are the places to check the current amount.
  3. If you are choosing Airo AI Builder, start in the right builder. Sign in, open Airo AI Builder, describe the site or app you want to create, and select Start building. Its tiers are Free, Starter, Professional and Ultimate. Free does not require a credit card; to purchase a paid tier, select Add to Cart on its pricing page. Airo’s tier names do not apply to every GoDaddy website product.
  4. Review the cart. Check the product name, billing term, currency and total due. In the cart, edit Payment and choose a card option if one is available for your order.
  5. Enter your Coinepay card details. Copy the number, expiry date and CVV from Coinepay. Enter your real billing information carefully, including the address associated with the card. Do not substitute a different country or invented address to try to pass checkout checks.
  6. Finish the order. Select Review Order, check the final amount and renewal terms, and complete the purchase. If an authentication prompt appears, follow its instructions; do not repeatedly submit the order while an authentication step is pending.

You can also manage stored cards in your GoDaddy account under Payment Methods → Add Payment Method → Billing Information. Available choices depend on your region. If that account-level route produces an error, adding the method as part of an actual cart purchase may be the appropriate next step.

Airo AI Builder pricing and product differences

As a concrete example, GoDaddy listed US Airo AI Builder prices at the time of writing (October 2026) of $9.99 per month for Starter, $24.99 per month for Professional and $99.99 per month for Ultimate, billed annually. These are monthly equivalents, not confirmed month-to-month billing prices or final cart totals. Check GoDaddy’s official pricing page and your cart before paying. The Free tier includes 50 AI credits per month; Starter, Professional and Ultimate list 150, 300 and 750 credits per month, respectively.

GoDaddy describes Airo AI Builder as available in more than 150 countries, but that does not mean every tier or payment option is available everywhere. Choose the storefront and product appropriate to where you actually live or operate. If you previously used Airo Plus, note that GoDaddy ended it on September 30, 2026. Paid accounts move to Airo AI Builder for their remaining term, while existing Websites + Marketing sites do not move automatically. Check which product appears in your account before paying for an additional plan.

If your card is declined or you cannot add it

A decline does not always identify its cause. Start with the exact message on the GoDaddy screen, then check the order and card details once before trying again.

  • Insufficient available funds: Compare the available amount shown in Coinepay with GoDaddy’s full checkout total. An annually billed plan can require more at checkout than its advertised monthly equivalent. Review the cart for added products and taxes. If you need information about funding options, check the Coinepay app or ask support.
  • Billing information mismatch: Re-enter the card number, expiry and CVV, and check that the billing name and address reflect your real details associated with the card. In GoDaddy, review Payment Methods → Add Payment Method → Billing Information if you are updating a stored method.
  • 3-D Secure or another authentication step: If checkout requests additional verification, complete the prompt as presented. If it expires, return to checkout and try again rather than guessing an authentication code. If you cannot complete the prompt, contact Coinepay support with the time and amount of the attempted purchase; GoDaddy support can help with an error shown on its checkout page.
  • Merchant region or card checks: GoDaddy’s methods depend on the country, currency and purchase. Check the payment options displayed for your actual order and use your real country and billing details. If GoDaddy indicates that a card type or country of issue is ineligible, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets the requirement before you buy. Do not change account details to bypass the restriction.
  • “Oops. You missed some required information”: GoDaddy documents this when a trial-only or expired account has no stored payment information. Its suggested route is to add the payment method during a cart purchase instead of through the account payment-method screen.
  • “Yikes! We couldn’t process your request”: GoDaddy says this usually indicates that the account’s default currency has not been set. Check the account’s currency setting or ask GoDaddy support for help before retrying.

If the order still fails, keep the error text and approximate attempt time for support. Avoid repeated attempts with altered billing identities: they will not resolve a genuine eligibility or payment-method restriction.

Manage renewal, cancellation and refunds

After purchase, GoDaddy places renewal dates, payment assignments and cancellation controls under Renewals & Billing → Manage Subscriptions. To stop a subscription renewing, find it there and select Cancel Plan. GoDaddy says access normally continues until the displayed end date, after which the product and associated data are deleted. If you use Airo AI Builder, its plan and credit controls are separately under Manage my plan inside Airo AI Builder.

Read the refund policy for your exact product before buying. GoDaddy’s standard windows are 30 days for annual plans and 48 hours for terms shorter than one year, measured from purchase or renewal, but exceptions matter. For Airo AI Builder, a plan supplying AI credits becomes non-refundable if included credits are consumed or AI-generated content is downloaded or exported, even within a standard window; separately purchased credit packs are non-refundable. Annual Websites + Marketing plans have a different, seven-day window.

For an eligible refund, GoDaddy requires you to delete the product and contact GoDaddy by phone, SMS or chat within the applicable window. It does not process refund requests by email, and closing your account first removes refund eligibility. Check GoDaddy’s current policy and the terms of your specific order before taking action.

FAQ

Can I pay for every GoDaddy product with a Coinepay virtual card?

Not necessarily. Payment options depend on the country, currency and purchase, and approval is not guaranteed. Check the methods shown in your GoDaddy cart.

Why is the Airo AI Builder checkout total higher than the monthly price shown?

A displayed monthly price may be a monthly equivalent billed annually. Check the billing term and full amount in your cart before confirming.

Where can I change the card used for a GoDaddy renewal?

Go to Renewals & Billing → Manage Subscriptions to review payment assignments. Stored payment methods are managed under Payment Methods.

What should I do if GoDaddy asks for additional card verification?

Complete the prompt shown at checkout. If it fails or expires, retry from checkout; contact Coinepay support if you cannot complete the verification.

Can I get a refund after using Airo AI Builder credits?

GoDaddy says an Airo AI Builder plan supplying AI credits becomes non-refundable once included credits are consumed or AI-generated content is downloaded or exported, even within a standard refund window.
