Weebly is a website builder and e-commerce platform. If you want to upgrade from the Free plan to a paid tier, you pay for the subscription with a payment card. This guide shows how to use a Coinepay virtual card to pay for a Weebly plan, where to manage billing inside your account, and what to check if a charge is declined.

Two important notes before you start. First, paying Weebly for your own plan is separate from the checkout your store customers see when they buy from you. Second, Weebly is winding down service in 67 named countries, so confirm your region is still supported before you pay.

What you need before you pay

  • A Coinepay account with identity verification (KYC) completed. You must register and verify before you can use card services. Create your account first if you have not.
  • An active Coinepay virtual card. When issued, you get the card number, expiry date and CVV instantly in the Coinepay app or dashboard.
  • Enough balance on the card to cover the plan plus any applicable taxes. Weebly's terms state its fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Your real billing details (name, address, postal code) exactly as they appear on your Coinepay account. Use your true identity and billing information.
  • A Weebly account, or be ready to create one during sign-up.

Card issuance and fund services at Coinepay are provided by licensed partner financial institutions. Some services are not available in every jurisdiction, and virtual-asset-related services are not available to residents of mainland China.

Weebly plans and pricing

Weebly's pricing page lists four website tiers: Free, Personal, Professional and Performance. Prices vary by region and are subject to change, so always confirm the current figure on weebly.com/pricing before you buy.

At the time of writing (October 2026), the United States page showed Free $0; Personal $13/month billed annually or $16 month-to-month; Professional $15 or $20; and Performance $32 or $36. The annual figures are monthly-equivalent amounts, not a monthly charge. Other regional pages differed — for example the Australian page showed prices in Australian dollars — and some labelled pages displayed euro or US-dollar figures where it is not clear which currency checkout actually charges. Because Weebly's terms say fees are in USD, treat the displayed price as a guide and check the final checkout total before confirming.

Step-by-step: subscribe to Weebly with your Coinepay card

  1. Check your region first. Open Weebly's "Changes to Weebly global operations" help notice and confirm your country is not on the 67-country wind-down list. A still-visible pricing page is not proof that service remains available where you are.
  2. Choose your plan. On weebly.com/pricing, select the tier you want with Select / Get Started. If you already have an account, you can instead choose Upgrade in the dashboard or the site editor.
  3. Sign in or create your account. Follow Weebly's prompts to sign in or register. Use your real name and email.
  4. Add your Coinepay card as the payment method. During the upgrade process, enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV. Open the Coinepay app or dashboard to copy these exactly.
  5. Enter billing details that match Coinepay. Type the cardholder name, billing address and postal code exactly as held on your Coinepay profile, so the address check passes.
  6. Review the total. Confirm the amount, currency and billing cycle (annual vs month-to-month) before you commit, since annual plans show a monthly-equivalent price but bill for the full term.
  7. Complete any security step. If a 3-D Secure confirmation appears, approve it through the method tied to your Coinepay card.
  8. Confirm and save your receipt. After payment, the receipt appears under your account's Order History.

Where to manage billing in Weebly

Once subscribed, open the dashboard → upper-right menu → Account Settings. From there:

  • Payment Methods holds your saved cards. Add or replace your Coinepay card here when it changes.
  • My Services controls each subscription's payment method and renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew by default; cancelling a service in My Services disables renewal while the service stays active until its expiration date.
  • Order History contains your receipts.

If you bought an upgrade in the old Weebly mobile app, note that the app has been unavailable for new downloads since December 15, 2025, and those purchases must be managed with Apple or Google, not in Weebly's billing settings.

Troubleshooting a declined card

Weebly's exact subscription decline wording isn't publicly documented, but the common causes below are worth checking in order. Payment processors such as Square show messages like expired card, generic issuer decline, a request to contact the issuer, and incorrect card number, expiry, CVV or ZIP in their own apps.

Insufficient balance

Make sure your Coinepay card holds enough to cover the plan and any applicable taxes. For annual plans, the full-term amount is charged at once, not the monthly-equivalent figure. Top up in the Coinepay app and retry.

Billing address or details mismatch

A mismatch between the address, name or postal code you typed and what Coinepay holds is a frequent cause of failure. Re-enter them to match your Coinepay profile exactly, and double-check the card number, expiry and CVV for typos.

3-D Secure not completed

If an additional verification prompt appears and isn't approved, the charge won't go through. Complete the confirmation step and watch for an approval request in your Coinepay app.

Merchant region or card-type checks

Weebly may apply regional checks, and some regions are affected by the wind-down. If payment pages hang or the charge keeps failing, confirm your country is still supported. If you suspect the card type or issuing region is the issue, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement before you try again. Never use a fake address, another person's details or tools to bypass a merchant's regional or payment checks.

Still failing?

Try a different browser or clear your cache, then retry. Check the Coinepay app for any decline reason on the transaction. If the problem persists, reach out through the Coinepay help channels or our Telegram, and contact Weebly support if the issue is on their side.

Cancellations and refunds

Weebly's terms promise a full refund for paid accounts — except month-to-month accounts — if cancelled within 30 days of activation or renewal, requested through the help center with the subject "Refund Request." A broader help article mentions a 30-day guarantee on premium services, so confirm the exact coverage of any non-plan purchase with Weebly support. A downgrade normally produces prorated Weebly account credit rather than cash back to your card.

Manage your card alongside Weebly

Your Coinepay virtual card and balance are managed 24/7 from the self-service dashboard and the Coinepay mobile app (iOS and Google Play). You can use the same card for other online purchases, advertising, AI subscriptions and software. If you run multiple projects, you can keep spending organised by funding the card before each renewal and checking your Weebly Order History against your Coinepay transactions.

FAQ

Which Weebly plan should I pay for with my Coinepay card?

Weebly offers Free, Personal, Professional and Performance tiers. Choose the paid tier that fits your needs on weebly.com/pricing, confirm the current price and currency there, then pay with your Coinepay card during the upgrade process.

Why was my Coinepay card declined when paying Weebly?

Common causes are insufficient balance, a billing address or card detail mismatch, an incomplete 3-D Secure step, or a regional check. Verify your details match your Coinepay profile and that you have enough balance, then retry or contact Coinepay support.

Where do I update the card Weebly charges for my plan?

Go to dashboard → upper-right menu → Account Settings. Payment Methods holds saved cards, My Services controls each subscription's payment method and renewal, and Order History has your receipts.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Weebly's terms offer a full refund for paid accounts, except month-to-month accounts, if you cancel within 30 days of activation or renewal, requested through the help center with the subject "Refund Request." Confirm coverage for non-plan purchases with Weebly support.

Is Weebly available everywhere?

No. Weebly is winding down service in 67 named countries, with access scheduled to end December 26, 2026 for affected users. Check Weebly's global operations notice to confirm your region is still supported before you pay.
