Adobe now calls its single-app subscription Premiere, although many people still search for Premiere Pro. If you want to pay for a direct Adobe subscription with a Coinepay virtual card, start by checking the plan, billing commitment and purchase country. Then enter your card details at Adobe checkout. This guide also covers what to do if Adobe declines the payment.

What you need before checkout

  • An Adobe account: You can create one or sign in during Adobe’s purchase flow.
  • A Coinepay account and virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification (KYC) before using card services. Your virtual card provides a card number, expiry date and CVV, which you can find in the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard.
  • Enough available funds: Check the amount Adobe will charge, including any applicable tax. If you choose a recurring plan, consider future payments as well as today’s charge. Check your available balance and any applicable card settings in Coinepay before submitting payment.
  • Your real billing information: Use your actual name and billing address. Check that your Adobe purchase country reflects your primary country of use; Adobe says the purchase country affects currency, tax details and available payment methods.

Adobe’s payment options vary by location and checkout. The payment methods shown on a general Creative Cloud page are not a promise that a particular method will be available for your Premiere order. Review the options presented at your own checkout before relying on a virtual card for the purchase.

Choose the right Adobe plan

For an individual who needs Premiere without Adobe’s broader app collection, look for the single-app Premiere plan. Adobe also lists Creative Cloud Standard and Creative Cloud Pro as multi-app options that include Premiere. For businesses, the comparison page lists Premiere for teams and Creative Cloud Pro for teams. Adobe lists Creative Cloud Pro for students and teachers as an education option for eligible buyers.

Compare the commitment as carefully as the monthly amount. An annual commitment billed monthly is not the same as a month-to-month subscription: cancelling after Adobe’s initial refund window can carry an obligation for the remainder of the annual term. Read the terms displayed for your country and plan before placing the order.

As a reference, at the time of writing (October 2026), Adobe’s US comparison page listed Premiere at US$22.99 per month on an annual commitment billed monthly, before any applicable tax. Prices, promotions and available billing choices vary by region and can change. Check Adobe’s official Premiere plans page and your checkout total for the amount that applies to you.

How to subscribe and pay with your Coinepay virtual card

  1. Prepare your card. Sign in to the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app. If you have not used card services before, finish registration and KYC. Locate your virtual card’s number, expiry date and CVV, and check its available funds.
  2. Open Adobe’s Premiere plans page. On Adobe’s official site, find the Premiere plan you want. Select Buy now, or Start free trial if Adobe offers that option for your selection. Create an Adobe account or sign in when prompted.
  3. Review the plan details. Confirm whether you selected individual Premiere, a multi-app plan or a teams plan. Read the billing frequency, annual commitment, trial terms if applicable, taxes and total shown in checkout. Do not assume that a price shown for one country applies to another.
  4. Enter your payment details. If Adobe offers card payment for your order, enter the Coinepay card number, expiry date and CVV. Provide your real billing name and address. Review the information before submitting it, including any authentication prompt that appears.
  5. Confirm and verify the order. Complete Adobe’s checkout prompts and wait for its order confirmation. Check your Adobe account for the active plan. For a direct individual purchase, Adobe places receipts under Orders and invoices. Check the Coinepay dashboard or app for the corresponding card activity.

Adobe’s individual Premiere free trial is seven days and converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you start a trial, note its end date and review the terms shown at sign-up. Do not treat the trial as a one-time payment.

If Adobe declines the card

A message such as “We couldn’t process your payment” does not identify the cause on its own. Work through the checks below rather than repeatedly submitting unchanged details:

  • Insufficient available funds: Compare your Coinepay balance with Adobe’s full checkout amount, including tax. A renewal may also fail if there are not enough funds when Adobe attempts its next charge. Check the balance and card activity in Coinepay before trying again.
  • Incorrect details or billing-address mismatch: Recheck the card number, expiry date, CVV and billing details for typing errors. Use your real billing address and correct any mismatch with the details associated with your payment information. Adobe also identifies expired card details as a possible cause of payment failure.
  • 3-D Secure or another authentication step: If checkout asks you to approve or complete a security check, follow the prompt. If it times out or you cannot complete it, check for any instructions in the Coinepay app and contact Coinepay support if you need help with the card-side step. An authentication prompt may not appear on every purchase.
  • Merchant region checks: Adobe says a payment method registered in a different country can cause a payment failure, and its purchase country should align with your primary country of use. Check the country, currency and address selected in Adobe checkout. Do not substitute an invented address or change regions to bypass a restriction. If you are unsure whether your card meets the requirements shown for your Adobe checkout, contact Coinepay support before buying.
  • Other restrictions or a failed renewal: Adobe also lists payment-provider restrictions among possible causes. A billing-issue notice in your Adobe account may offer Edit, Add new or Retry. For a direct individual subscription, go to Plans and payment → Change payment to edit or add payment details, then follow Adobe’s retry prompt if one appears. If the reason remains unclear, contact Adobe about its checkout message and Coinepay support about the card activity.

If your payment details are correct but a renewal still fails, check for an Adobe notice rather than opening another subscription immediately. In India, Adobe also documents recurring-payment e-mandate requirements that can affect renewals on Indian-issued cards despite sufficient funds; follow any applicable authentication instructions from the card provider.

Manage or cancel the subscription

For an individual subscription bought directly from Adobe, open your Adobe account and go to Plans and payment → Change payment. Choose Add new or Edit, then save the payment details. Find receipts under Orders and invoices. A teams contract owner instead manages direct-purchase payment details in Adobe Admin Console → Account → Payment method → Edit.

To cancel a direct individual purchase, go to Plans and payment → Manage plan → Cancel your plan, complete Adobe’s confirmation steps and check that you receive confirmation. Adobe says online cancellation may be unavailable while a payment is processing or has a problem. If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage payment and cancellation through that store instead.

Adobe’s published Creative Cloud terms say cancellation within 14 days of the initial order receives a full refund. After that, an annual contract billed monthly generally has a charge equal to 50% of the remaining contract obligation; annual-prepaid and month-to-month payments are generally non-refundable, with access continuing through the applicable term or billing period. Check the terms for your country and order before committing, especially if you are choosing annual billing to pay monthly.
