If you run campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, you have probably wished for a single place to pay for all of them. The honest starting point is this: one login rarely means one bill. Each publisher charges for its own ad spend, and the "unified" billing tools they offer only cover their own network. What you can do is manage the payment side from one place. This guide explains what is realistic, then shows how to use Coinepay virtual cards to fund several ad accounts from a single dashboard.
What "one account" really means for ads
It helps to separate two ideas that are easy to confuse:
- One payment method across many ad accounts. This is achievable. You can attach the same card, or a set of cards you control, to each publisher's ad account.
- One invoice that merges spend from different publishers. This generally does not exist. A cross-channel tool such as AdRoll can coordinate web and social campaigns in one workflow, but its web spend is billed by AdRoll while Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok spend is still billed by each social platform.
Within a single publisher, however, one ad account often covers many placements. Meta Ads Manager serves Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network; a Google Ads campaign can reach Search, YouTube, Gmail and Discover depending on campaign type. So your real goal is usually to pay cleanly across publishers, not to force every platform onto one receipt.
The practical approach: one dashboard, a card per ad account
Coinepay issues virtual cards with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV, and you manage them from the 24/7 self-service dashboard and the mobile app. Instead of hunting for a mythical single invoice, the clean method is to issue a dedicated virtual card for each ad account and set a custom spending limit per card. This gives you one control panel while respecting each publisher's separate billing.
Benefits of this per-account model:
- You can see at a glance which card is funding Google, which funds Meta, and so on.
- Per-card limits let you cap exposure on each platform without touching the others.
- If one card needs to be changed, your other campaigns keep running.
Before you start: what to prepare
- A Coinepay account with identity verification (KYC) completed. You must register and verify before using card services. Start at the Coinepay registration page or install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Admin or finance access to each ad account you want to fund (Meta Business, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn Business Manager).
- Your real business or personal billing details, matching your verified identity. Use genuine information everywhere.
- A note of the billing currency each ad account uses, because currency mismatches cause most connection and consolidation errors.
Step by step
- Create your virtual cards. In the Coinepay app or dashboard, issue one card per ad account and label each clearly (for example "Google Ads – Brand"). Set a spending limit per card that matches your planned budget.
- Add the card to Google Ads. Open Billing → Payment methods in the account and add the card details. If you manage several Google Ads accounts and want one Google invoice, that feature is called consolidated billing and is set up in a manager account under Billing → Billing setups, then assigned to each client account. It requires a common paying manager, monthly invoicing and the same currency across accounts, and it covers Google only.
- Add the card to Meta. In Meta Ads Manager, open Billing & payments → Payment settings and add the card as a payment method. One Meta ad account already spans Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network placements.
- Add the card to TikTok. For Business Center-managed accounts, go to Finance → Payment management; a self-serve advertiser can use Ads Manager → Tools → Billing → Payment → Add Payment Method. TikTok's within-platform billing workspace is the Payment Portfolio, where eligible administrators or finance managers group approved ad accounts under the same entity and set account budgets. It funds TikTok accounts only.
- Add the card to LinkedIn. LinkedIn uses Business Manager as the account-and-billing hub and Campaign Manager to run campaigns; payment methods across LinkedIn ad accounts are handled in the Ads Billing Center. Since January 21, 2025, new accounts needing monthly invoicing must be managed through Business Manager, and an account switched to monthly invoicing cannot switch back to credit-card billing.
- Review limits and labels. Back in Coinepay, confirm each card's limit and name so your team can reconcile spend by platform later.
Platform billing options, at a glance
| Platform | Within-platform billing tool | Covers other publishers? |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Consolidated billing (manager account, monthly invoicing) | No |
| TikTok | Payment Portfolio (Business Center) | No |
| Ads Billing Center / Business Manager | No | |
| Meta | Ad account payment settings | No |
The takeaway: use each platform's own tool to tidy billing inside that platform, and use Coinepay cards as the common thread that ties your payments together on your side.
Compliance and documentation
Advertising rules do not change because of how you pay. In the United States the FTC expects ad claims to be truthful, non-deceptive and evidence-based, with extra rules possible for certain products. Keep campaign records and invoices from each publisher for your own accounting. Coinepay card services run through licensed partner financial institutions, require completed KYC, and are not available to residents of mainland China or in every jurisdiction. If a merchant or platform restricts certain card types, state your real situation and contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement before you rely on it.
Troubleshooting
A payment method is rejected
Accepted methods depend on your billing country, currency and billing option. TikTok, for example, lets you check available methods under Ads Manager → Tools → Billing → Payment → Add Payment Method. Note that TikTok does not allow prepaid cards for automatic payment, and that option is not offered to every advertiser. If a card is declined, confirm the ad account's billing country and currency, then check your card status in the Coinepay app.
Ads stopped serving after a billing change
Interrupted payments interrupt delivery. TikTok automatic payments are charged at your billing threshold or bill date, whichever comes first, and an invalid method can pause ads. On Google, unlinking an account from its paying manager deactivates the billing setup and stops serving immediately unless billing is transferred first. On LinkedIn, removing an invoiced ad account from the Business Manager that handles its billing puts it on hold. Transfer billing before you restructure anything.
A cross-channel tool won't connect an account
Currency mismatches are a common cause. AdRoll requires a connected social ad account to use the same currency as the AdRoll account, and Google's consolidated billing requires accounts on one invoice to share a currency. Align currencies first.
Consolidated billing is unavailable to you
Google's monthly invoicing is subject to approval, with stated criteria such as a business registered for at least a year, an account in good standing for at least six months, and a spend history in the thousands of US dollars; criteria vary by country. Google also does not offer consolidated billing to media agencies, and no longer provides it to advertisers in France under Loi Sapin. Verify eligibility with Google before designing a billing structure.

Summary
You cannot merge Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn into one invoice, but you can run all of them from one Coinepay dashboard by issuing a dedicated virtual card per ad account with its own limit. Keep currencies aligned, transfer billing before restructuring, and keep your records compliant. That gives you the single point of control you actually wanted.

FAQ
Can I pay for Google, Meta and TikTok ads with one invoice?
No. Each publisher bills its own ad spend separately. Tools like Google's consolidated billing or TikTok's Payment Portfolio only unify billing within that one platform. With Coinepay you can instead fund all of them from one dashboard using a card per ad account.
Can I use one Coinepay card for several ad platforms?
You can, but issuing a dedicated virtual card per ad account is usually cleaner. It lets you set a separate spending limit for each platform and keep campaigns running if one card needs changing. Create and label cards in the Coinepay app.
Why was my card declined when adding it to an ad platform?
Accepted payment methods depend on your billing country, currency and billing option, and some platforms restrict certain card types. For example, TikTok does not allow prepaid cards for automatic payment. Check the platform's payment settings, and contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement.
Why did my ads stop after I changed billing settings?
Restructuring billing can pause delivery. Google deactivates a billing setup if you unlink an account from its paying manager before transferring billing, and LinkedIn holds an invoiced account removed from its Business Manager. Always transfer billing before changing the account hierarchy.
Do I need to verify my identity before paying for ads with Coinepay?
Yes. You must register and complete identity verification (KYC) before using Coinepay card services. Card issuance is provided through licensed partner financial institutions, and services are not available in every jurisdiction.
